Didn’t know what to expect, first time user!, so much better than I expected! Not meant to dissolve and pleasant tasting. Mix 1T with 1T flax seed oil and 6oz pineapple juice every morning. 💝

Sweet E, I refrigerate the natural soy granules, I like having a heaping teaspoon on breakfast cereal or shake it up in a power shake, once a day or so, I need the natural vitamin E and anti-oxidant, and like the flavor instead more than a teaspoon of white sugar on my cereal. I am not allergic to sugar.

This is good stuff, I use it every day in my AG1.

I substituted this for a soy lecithin I was having delivered on subscription when that product became out of stock. It works just as well, and actually tastes a bit better than the other product. It mixes into food (oatmeal) a bit better as well. I mainly take lecithin for the cognitive benefits, and this has worked just as well.
