I don't really know what to say about meta mucil,I was told by my sister dat it helps in digestion and also not to experience constipation.I have tried but haven't seen any different yet, maybe not good for me ๐.

Best bulk forming fiber laxative on the market IMO
This is a product that I feel like I have reviewed before. For me it's something that I need to use daily as I have Crohn's and I went through 4+years having 9 surgeries so I don't want to relive those years again. This product can be used as much as 3 xs a day. It helps with appetite. It regulates blood sugar. It helps with cholesterol and best of all it keeps you regular. I've been using this for so many years. I can't think of use anything different. I've tried other things different. They just aren't the same. I recommend this to anybody who wants to be healthy. His issues with constipation or hemorrhoids or doesn't have any of those problems and just wants to be healthy because it can be taken by anybody. You don't have to have a condition, it's just a healthier way of emptying your bowels

Good product but drink heaps of water
Always drink more water than you think because you can get stomach cramps. Otherwise this really works well for me
