HOROW T0338W One Piece Toilet with ADA Chair Height 17.3", Dual Flush

I love these toilets. Used these as replacements to the builder installed toilets in our home and these look great, make toilet compartments feel more spacious with the more compact streamlined tank, they flush very well, they are easier to clean on the exterior and the height is so much nicer. The soft close lid is a nice feature. We installed a BioBidet seat on one of the toilets and it was a perfect fit and match to the streamlined bowl shape of this toilet. I have had them several years now and they are trouble free. They are a bit trickier to install. The existing wall shut off valve locations need to be considered if they will be accessible given that tight space behind these toilets. My existing valves are slightly behind the toilet but still accessible. I upgraded my shut off valves with more compact and shorter 1/4 turn Shark Bite fittings and they worked nice since they do not project off the wall as much as older turn style valves. Overall, we could not be happier, especially for the price compared to the more expensive big name brands.

Well packaged. Arrived on time. I removed the old and put this on by myself, my son only helping to lift it up and put it on the screws. It was easy to do. It looks great and modern. No leakage, flushes excellently, should save on water usage, good solid quality. A guest actually gave a nice commendation of it. Nice height when sitting and getting up from it. Buy it, you won’t regret it.

I'm impressed with this toilet! installation is a bit more complicated than a standard shape toilet; it's HEAVY and awkward to carry. You have to bend over and use the holes on each side to waddle it into place (easier if you have an extra person). When you set it down on the bolts, you can't see where the bolts are so lining it up is a challenge. And using a wrench to tighten the nuts is tough inside those cutouts on each side (I ended up using a deep socket with short handle). But despite the extra difficulty with installation, once it's in it works great, looks great, and is comfortable. Nice design if you're looking for something a little more interesting!

I was in the process of replacing my old toilet's seal when I discovered that the bolts that held the tank to the base had completely rusted and several parts were shot. Seemed pointless, since the toilet was over 40 years old, to try to get parts to repair it. I needed a toilet that was no more than 26" tall and had to fit into a very small bathroom. This seemed ideal and it was. Installation is a snap and unlike other toilets you buy, this company includes all the parts you need including the wax ring. The only real issue is that it is extremely tricky to center the toilet onto the flange bolts since you cannot see what you are doing and even trickier to get your hand into the small holes to screw on the nuts. Othewise, there's really nothing to put together. The toilet comes securely packed, encased in a thick Styrofoam sarcophagus. The company clearly doesn't want to take any chances with breakage. I chose to use one of the better than wax gaskets instead of the wax, only because when you are trying to center and place the toilet on the flange by yourself, changes are about 1000% that you will miss the mark and ruin the wax ring and then have to start all over with a new wax seal. The toilet looks great, operates great, and is a great value. My biggest concern was that because of the large toilet base, it was going to hit my water supply. My water supply line is much closer to the toilet than it is in most regular size bathrooms. However, the design of the toilet allows for enough carve out space in the back for it to fit. Yes! So pleased!

I like the toilet- the height, the clean look, the soft close lid...but the screws to tighten the toilet down are really hard to access via the holes in the side. It was a real pain to deal with. Maybe the access holes should be more oval and wider. There just wasn't much room to work with, which made it really frustrating.

Looks as beautiful as any toilet can look, no assembly, exceeded expectations.

The product is very stylish as a 1 piece unit, this is my second one purchased and will purchase a third. Unit is very heavy and needs 2 people to install. Plastic chromed covers on the seat attachment are flimsy, be careful not to use caustic cleaning solutions. We needed to replace one of these and the customer service could not have been better, I would certainly reccomend this unit. John B

Very happy with this purchase. So nice and classy without occupying a lot of space. A little tricky to install, as is the case with one piece toilets anyway, but it was straightforward and works so efficiently. Unbelievable and super quick customer service. I thought I was missing some parts and reached out to them. Received a reply right away, as if I was on a live chat. Highly recommend.

Great product, well built. Comes with everything you need, low flush, right height seat. Looks ultra modern, would not hesitate to buy again plus it fits under the banjo of the kitchen counter with 5-6” of clearance to flush. Very quiet toilet and CB probably the best wax ring ever to come with a toilet. It is a heavy toilet though.

An amazing toilet. Easy to install. Comfortable to sit on. Works beautifully. Slow closing toilet seat is very welcome especially when you have kids. Very well made. It will be east to replace the innards when the time comes. Very happy with my choice.

I had been looking for a toilet for nearly two years. I tried all the hardware stores, bathroom showrooms, Costco, Kohler and American Standard web sites. All I wanted was a tall toilet with smooth sides for easy cleanup. Then I tried Amazon and it had huge selection at half the price of a Kohler toilet. I ordered the toilet right away and it arrived earlier than it was expected. Loving this new throne.
