Hip2cart 3-in-1 Soil PH/Moisture Meter, with Light, PH & Acidity Meter for Gardening and Farming, Green

Sturdy, well made, and works great - I've tested the PH side against strips periodically and it has been right on the money every time. I tend to overwater, so having the moisture feature is WONDERFUL - I have really backed off on watering until it tells me to, and my plants are MUCH happier for it!! And the light feature is great in the greenhouse - I know when my plants are getting what they need - couldn't be happier with it!

DOA. Maybe I just got unlucky and got a bad one.... Edit: The seller promptly sent a replacement meter, which does seem to work properly. One star demerit for the initial DOA unit, but great customer service and speedy replacement.

Have many large and small outdoor potted plants and am never sure when or how often to water them, and I thought this item would take the guess work out watering. Three potted plumeria's that are easy to overwater died because this meter said they were moist, eventhough my other potted plants needed water. The plumeria's were mostly in the shade so I figured the meter was correct. They kept looking dry and dying fast, so I removed them. I checked the soil before removing them and the meter said "MOIST". Upon pulling them out, I dug around the soil and there was not one drop of moisture in the soil. I wll not rely on this meter for my watering, just stick to a watering schedule and hope for the best.

Very, good product, I am glad I found it, My old one got lost or left behind in my move, and I realized its importance. Have this one and plants are thriving again.

so im not completely sold on this thing because the PH and sun part of the meter barely move? the water one works fine though. i am using it on indoor plants so maybe theres not much light but you’d think the PH meter would move once in a while.

Does what it supposed to, as advertised. I've only been using a short while - but the PH and moisture functions have been especially helpful. Will be a great tool for the long haul, if the probes last.

Does what it is supposed to do. I mostly use this to test my outdoor potted succulents soil moisture in addition to my indoor plants. Works well for that.I find it measures accurately.

Only the moisture meter works. Both the light and pH meters did not work right out of the box. Very disappointing, as I purchased it for the pH meter. Anyone know of a good one?
