No more static in metal building!
The two pin connector did not work on my set up. I cut the connector off and spliced into existing wire antenna and what a difference this makes! Wish I had bought one sooner! Radio is in a metal building and signal reception is great now!

Proper reception for AM on SONY ICFCS15IP
So my cat chewed the wires on my old AM antenna years ago. Tossed it, because I never listened to AM and I mostly use my dream machine as an alarm and speakers for my old iPhone 4. About 5 years ago I started to listen to talk radio so I modified a loop antenna to use the Sony plug for the AM radio, but I always had to move it around to get tolerable reception. Finally saw this one on Amazon and got it. The plug makes a perfect snap when you plug it in and I get no more noise when I listen to AM. Reception is the same where ever I put the antenna. You just can't mix and match antenna.

Ich bin total positiv überrscht
Ich brauchte eine Zimmer FM Antenne für meine Sony Kompaktanlage. Nachdem ich hier einige negative Rezensionen gelesen hatte war ich skeptisch, aber dann dachte ich: "Für das bisschen Geld kannst Du nicht viel falsch machen". Der Stecker am Kabel passt präzise in die Buchse meines Sony Gerätes, und sofort hatte ich den ersten Sender drin. Die eigentliche Überraschung kam erst beim automatischen Sender Suchlauf. Ich wusste gar nicht, wie viele FM (UKW) Sender hier im Bergischen Land empfangen werden können. Und alle in kristallklarer Qualität. 5+ Sterne. Was mit fehlte war irgendeine Form von Anleitung. Ich habe nicht verstanden, wie ich das Plastikteil so falten muss, damit es als Ständer funktioniert. Aber die Antenne steht auch so gut auf meinen Büchern und der Empfang ist top.
