If you have sore muscles, this works great. A little bit goes a long way. Doesn’t really smell. At first seems a little sticky, but rub it in.

If you haven’t tried this yet and you have a hard time settling down to sleep at night, you need to buy this. We are now using it on the whole family. Every. Single. Night. My oldest plays soccer and it helps soothe his feet and legs at night while he falls asleep. It has a pleasant smell. It doesn’t tingle. And lasts a long time! I keep it on my nightstand for nightly use. 10/10 recommend for the whole family!

I’ve been using the Life-flo Magnesium Oil Sport Spray for about a month now, and I’m very pleased with the results. I apply it after my workouts, and I can really feel my muscles relaxing faster. The eucalyptus scent is pleasant and refreshing, and the skin doesn’t feel sticky or greasy, which makes it very comfortable to use. I’ve also noticed that my nighttime cramps have decreased and my sleep quality has improved since using it. The bottle is a good size, and the spray is easy to apply, even in hard-to-reach areas. The item that I actually ordered and received is the magnesium lotion not this oil. I don't know why this spray shows on my order but I did get what I wanted so no problem there. I LOVE the lotion! I live with constant pain in my neck and back due to spinal stenosis (narrowing of the spinal canal and it puts pressure on some nerves) herniated discs and my sacroiliac joints don't hold the 2 bones apart sometimes so they get stuck together and cause pain. A lot of my pain is due to the inflammation these issues cause and some Pain is because the surrounding muscles get very tight when I'm hurting. This lotion is the only product I've used where I can tell it is helping to alleviate my pain. I will never stop ordering this lotion! I would think the oil would work just as well but I read comments about the oil form that it dries white and makes a lot of people itch. Most of them wipe it off after several minutes. This lotion leaves no residue and I've never itched when I've used it. I don't remember the brands of oil where people talked about the residue and itching but I figured I may as well try the lotion form for my first tryout of a topical magnesium.

My sister got me this, I'm amazed, this actually works. My hips and back lock up frequently after microdisectomy and my calves are always crazy tight. This helped immediately with both for me. I feel more muscle mobility. Great before going to PT. My brother in law has back problems but got no relief with this, so I think it either works or doesn't for you. It smells good and feels good, but it creates a sticky mess. I spray it in my hands in the bathroom then apply it, I don't mind it getting on my clothes after application.

This product is AMAZING! If you have any sort of joint or muscle pain this will help to relieve it. It’s much better than the other topical brands that just numb or cool the skin. This could make you a little drowsy or relaxed which is great at night and if you have a hard time sleeping this works great for that too. I spray on back of neck, shoulders, hips, lower back, knees, feet, elbows, wherever I am having pain. I have also used it on my temples and forehead for headaches! I spray into my hand and use fingers to apply to temples and forehead. Highly recommend. Also comes in a roll on which is great to keep in bag or at work.

I bought this after hearing several people talk about the great sleep they were having after using similar products. After two nights of terrible sleep and dry feet, I think I’m done. Not sure what the hype is about. Wish I could return.

It’s an absolute waste of money! Its just an oily that will leave a greasy feeling. But it shows in the bottle that it is not greasy. What a scam? Not a money back guarantee

This is a great combination of magnesium oil with the arnica. I would caution pet owners though that arnica is toxic to animals so apply in area where your pets would not be and be sure to cover up so they don't accidently ingest if they lick you.

The product is excellent, the price is exaggerated. I find another supplier half the price.
