Multi-Level Back Stretching Device - Immediate Relief for Herniated Disc, Sciatica, Scoliosis,Lower and Upper Back Stretcher Support and Pain Relief

I just received this today. I have had pretty bad lower back problems for probably a month or two now, and I have been stretching and trying to crack my back for the last week or so. I have been unsuccessful because my back was too tight. After briefly trying the device on the lowest setting, I put it on the highest, but it was too much for my back. I found that the middle notch was the best for me. However, be careful if you have back problems, because I can certainly see how this could further injure someone. I will try the highest setting again, but not right now. With that said, using the second setting, I placed the center of the arch a little bit lower on my back than it is pictured, and it helped tremendously with decompression. Make sure to read the instructions: if you lay your legs out flat and your hands over your head, it is a much deeper stretch, so start with your knees bent. I don't know how much this will help long term, but I was actually able to crack my back. It wasn't intentional; I was just relaxing for a while, breathing, and then rolling left and right with my foot on my knee. This technique is not in the instructions, but my back popped, and I feel real relief for the first time in a long time. In summary: 1. Be careful with an injured back. 2. Adjust the device along your spine to see where it helps. 3. Always start with your knees bent. It is definitely worth a shot, and I plan to get back on it later to relax. It really feels like it's helping, which is tremendous. As a side note, I also got one of those foam neck pillows (in one picture) that are shaped like a wave. I combined that with this device to decompress my neck, and it seems to be going well (my neck cracked a bunch of times). The only negative is that if you are arthritic or not very strong, it might be difficult to adjust. It is not easy to get it into the notches, but once it's in, it is very sturdy and doesn't slip out..

It does give me some relief with my herniated disc. It is a little awkward laying on the floor. I make sure I'm facing the television making the time go by faster. It is easy to store. With my arthritic hands I had a hard time adjusting the white plastic piece. Over all it is a descent product for the price.

This item is more or less useful once you get it assembled. I had an extremely difficult time trying to put this together. It took several days before I could get it assembled. I have arthritis in my hands, so that made it even harder. Once I got it put together, I had a serious struggle situating my back where it needed to be in order to be effective. Maybe you should offer this item with the option to be already assembled.

I bought this as a sufferer of chronic back pain, hoping it would help manage the condition. I have to say I am very happy with the results. The first time I used this was a bit difficult and quite uncomfortable... I think it was due to years of poor posture, lack of stretching, and a weak core. It was tough to be on it even for the recommended 5 minutes... even on the lowest setting. However I kept at it, and started using this daily (sometimes twice in a day), and I've noticed a SIGNIFICANT reduction in back pain along with improved flexibility. Some days I'm able to spend ~15 minutes on it in one session - which sets me up nicely for a day practically free of pain. I almost always use this on the 2nd setting (there are 3) as it is the most comfortable for me, while still allowing me to feel the stretch. I usually use a pillow under my head for added comfort. Be aware that it is a bit difficult to roll off of it at the end of your session (this is the recommended way to get off of it - don't try to sit up right away). Your back will be sore and you'll experience some discomfort - however I look at that as a small price to pay for several hours of relief. My back is doing a lot better (knock on wood) and I believe this product really helped accelerate the healing process. I can't recommend it enough.

Terrible!! I was so hopeful for this product!! I had it on lowest setting. Followed instructions and used it as told. The next day I could not hardly walk. My back hurt terribly. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE ever to use this

The instructions were hard to understand as they were probably done via Google translate, but after checking how to build similar products it was a lot easier to put together, then all it takes is moving it between settings, which isn't difficult.

Davvelo funzionale per chi come me ha spesso dolori alla schiena, certo nulla di grave però dopo giornate lavorative pesanti passare 5 minuti qui sopra è molto piacevole e utile per allietare i dolori. Lo consiglio a tutti che come me dopo una giornata di lavoro hanno la schiena con dolori.
