My elderly father was having trouble taking his pills because arthritis kept him from tilting his head back to get pills into his mouth. These cups have been the perfect solution. They tip up enough that the pills slide into his mouth without having to angle his head so much. These should be advertised for this purpose in addition to the other uses. Great little trick!

These nosey cups are great. My 24 year old daughter has CP and needs the cut out. Some of the other nosey cups out there have a very shallow cut but these are nice and deep. Also, my daughter tends to use her teeth on the cup to drink. These cups are holding up very well compared to others we have used. Yes, they are leak proof. The base is wide and therefore stable. I wish they’d offer a 6 pack with an appropriate discount for buying more than 2.

My husband had a hard time tilting his head back to take pills. This helped a great deal.

Works well for elderly mom with swallowing issues.

If you need this you know what to expect. It’s slightly more rigid than that ones we got from the clinic. That works for us. You can pinch it but it’s not as easy. Goes through the dishwasher fine, other than always getting thrown around and ending up full of water.

My grandson has been using these since he was 9-10 months old. He does a great job with them. Nice to see how much water is coming out , easier than trying to get him to drink from a straw.

These are great for swallowing therapy, quality is very good. Very easy to use; the different size allows to switch and test different methods.

I thought they would be a little bit bigger but they are quite small.

Works surprisingly well for teaching my 10 month old to drink from a cup. Purchased this on the recommendation of our OT.

Didn't expect it to be so small, but actually works really well. I can put in enough liquid(mouthfull), and can control the spilling. Can easily tip cup up to get liquid in, when head is down. Happy it came with 2.

The sizing is fine, and the fact that the opening is a full 180 degrees is much better than many other brands. When the opening is too small (i. e. just covering the nose), the extended part pokes into the eyes -- especially with larger glasses. So, the fact that the opening is fully 1/2 the glass's top section is a plus. The larger glass might be a bit too big for some uses, depending on the needs. We use them for elderly people with dementia. The reason for only 3 stars on an otherwise fairly decent product is because the selling page implies with several photographs that the glasses are fully translucent. They are not, as our photo clearly demonstrates. They are opaque and, especially with the larger one, it is nearly impossible to see the level of the liquid within. This limits the usage if one must monitor the content from the side while assisting someone. The smaller glasses are no more translucent, but the smaller size means it is easier to see into the glass from the top opening. If these glasses were fully translucent, as the selling photos imply, they'd get a solid 5 stars.
