I drink an energy drink every morning, so I wanted to find a stimulant free preworkout, and after some research, came across pump serum. It’s a BIG scoop, and the taste is chalky and not the greatest flavor (mojito was all they had in stock both times I ordered). The pump you get from it is really good though. Im in the best shape of my life at 31 and feel myself getting stronger each time I workout. Keep in mind, you don’t get the tingles or “feel” of it kicking in because it’s stimulant free, but the performance is definitely there. Highly recommend.

I usually mix this half-and-half with a high caffeine pre-workout for two reasons: 1) I don't like 300mg+ of caffeine all at once 2) This is slightly grainy and dense, even if mixed with a full large blender bottle Mixed I get all the benefits with a light 150mg of caffeine and a great pump. Late-night workouts with this have been fine, I just need 30-40 minutes to get it all into me because, as I said, it's dense.

Great pump pre formula. Got the strawberry mojito. Taste like dirt, or crayon paper maybe. Actually tastes like any of the flavored greens powders out there.

Hello again, I am right over 5 months on my current body recomposition. I now have been using the “island dream” flavor and everything still works very well with the diet I am currently cycling through. I now refrigerate over night to give a slightly smoother taste to the pre-workout. I am currently spending 3-4 hours training in the gym, and this pre-workout has not let me down once. The taste might not be pleasant to most out there, but it does taste good if you’re eating clean. I wanted to directly thank the seller again for providing this wonderful pre-workout to me.

They changed out silica packs for the moister card. Does not work. Powder cakes up. It separates immediately upon mixing even when I use a blender. In addition, it doesn't work as well as it used to. This was a very good product. Not so much anymore

This one is really up in the air. For those who don't know it's for pumps and not for a caffeine or any type of stim high.

This mixes really well and tastes better than expected. My husband noticed better hydration and muscle fullness, especially during longer workouts.
