Ok for making batches, I don't think it would be suitable for continued or professional use.
It worked okay, but didn't crimp as well as I expected. The pasties are a little on the small side. Value for money

Not great for gyozas/dumplings/wantons
I bought this in the hope that I would be able to make some fancy looking mandu (Korean dumplings) but sadly it was a bust. The base doesn’t cut the dough effectively - not even the store bought wrappers which are slightly too big for the 3 inch model and the pleated pattern doesn’t hold its shape. Disappointing purchase. It’s quicker and easier to learn authentic folding styles and forgo this mould altogether.
