I purchased this on a whim because I enjoy a lot of the other Ordinary products. I am not disappointed. The instructions say to use it twice a week and I've had it for about a month now. I can definitely tell a difference in the look and feel of my skin. My friends tease me that I'm "translucent" but I'd argue that I simply have fair skin. I do have sunspots and being 47, I'm determined to at least reduce their appearance. After just a couple of weeks I noticed that my skin is a lot softer and brighter. It usually takes quite a while to see results but I'm floored at this product! I have high hopes that with continued use my skin will continue to improve because of how effective this product is. While the instructions aren't 100% obvious about how much product to use, I fill the dropper and draw lines with it on my forehead, cheeks, and chin area. I then lightly smear it around but I don't rub it in and I make sure that I can still see a layer of the product. Once in a while I do feel a tingling/burning sensation and it only lasts for a moment and it's usually because I've done some hair removal a day or two prior to using it. Overall, application is a breeze and it washes off very nicely. I even once used my white wash cloth and the color came out in the wash! The bottle size looks small but a little of the product goes a long way. After a little over a month of use I'm probably not quite 1/4 through the bottle. For something that is $10, that's a steal! It's definitely worth more than what it costs. If you're on the fence about this product - don't be. BUY IT. I've already gone ahead and purchased another bottle so I have it on hand.

This little thing is my holy grail. My skin is extremely acne-prone and could generally be considered 'combination' (oily in the summer, super dry in the winter). My typical routine is The Ordinary glycolic acid toner, Good Molecules discoloration correcting serum, The Ordinary niacinamide 10% / zinc 1%, occasionally The Ordinary salicyic acid 2% during breakouts, and a good moisturizer (changes seasonally). This has been my daily routine for about 3 years, so my skin is accustomed to direct acids. This peeling solution stings a little bit for the first minute or so, and then doesn't feel like anything at all. Helps significantly with breakouts, acne scars, brightness, and skin texture. If you dermaplane, wait a day or two before you use this mask! From experience, if you dermaplane and use this mask afterward on the same day, it will sting/hurt and it will look like you have yourself a full-face chemical burn for a little while after you wash it off. Scent isn't strong but also isn't great (smells chemical-y). I use this 1-2x per week, follow with my typical routine, and one bottle lasts about 4-5 months! A little goes a long way.

I use this once a week, and my face feels cleansed and restored after washing. I use as directed, 10 minutes MAX and then applying serums/moisturizer after. However, due to the intensity of the acid and pain, I DO NOT recommend for beginners. As someone who’s been using this brand’s serums and strong acids for a while, I would rate the pain as 9/10 - a stinging and burning feeling. Definitely not for beginners. However, I’m left with clear pores and firm skin! Worth the money and very effective.

I’m really impressed with the results. I have oily skin but for some reason it had become flaky as well and nothing I tried was helping. This product actually got rid of that rough, flaky texture. I used it again today for the second time, 6 days after my first use. My skin stayed smooth, healthy, and flake-free the entire time which hasn’t happened in the past two years. Earlier whenever I scrubbed my face, the flakes would return within two days but not after using this product. Today even before applying it again, my skin was looking noticeably clean and clear even after 6 days of initial use. Picture was taken just after 2nd application without any camera filter. I have spent sooooo much money on skincare products in the last fifteen years. SO MUCH. I have used PCA skin revitalizing enzyme mask for years, which costs $70. I think this Ordinary peeling solution works better than that mask. I am hooked. This mask is phenomenal. I got a little too much sun last month which wrecked my pores and fair complexion. This first days of spring just felt so good on my face but definitely wasn't thinking that little bit of sun was going to cause my pores to look this much bigger. I've been researching products that could help reverse that damage and shrink my pores back down and ended up on this stuff. I already use The Ordinary Glycolic Acid toner so I already knew it was a quality company. Their Glycolic toner works for your face, ingrown hairs and clogged pores from shaving so it's a staple product for me. This peeling solution is now a staple product. I wish I had found it sooner. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. I am a 36 year old female with English and Lebanese decent with extremely fair skin. Most people don't believe I'm Lebanese at all unless I show them my DNA tests. But my skin is extremely fair and also very sensitive. I was able to go the full 10 minutes with no problem. I'm also using The Ordinary Niacinamide/Zinc Serum to get these pores to shrink back down. I also highly recommend that product as well. Whoever owns The Ordinary brand deserves a huge award. I've used top tier skin products that have run me thousands of dollars and I'm so grateful I can save money and get just as effective products from this amazing company. 10/10 recommend across the board.
