Great flavor
Great flavor! A little sweet, a bit hot, and a nice umami in the back. I've used it in two dishes as an ingredient and to jazz up takeout noodles. Very nice

If you're on the fence because there's so many options out there try this one! it's so good and the way it instantly elevates even the most simple dumplings is so so yumm!

flavorful - not just hot
Too many of the similar sauces are just hot without a lot of flavor. This one actually tastes good. I guess you would say medium heat - I add very little to give food a little extra kick. I do find I put it on/in a lot of dishes.

Good taste, but very expensive
This is my first time using this brand. It was just under 10.00 a jar, and it was 75% oil and 25% crunchy. I sure thought it should have more solids and not so much oil, but maybe I'm wrong? The flavor was fine...I liked it. But I think 10.00 is too much for a jar of 75% oil.

Spend the extra. This product is outstanding. Nothing like domestic versions. Packaged poorly and leaky but who cares?
