I bought this for my sister who wanted a natural way to control her thyroid problem. She has been using this product for several months now and is very satisfied with the results. The following is her assessment of the product: “My sister purchased the “Natural Thyroid Support” for me because I suffer from “Hypothyroidism” and have tried many Thyroid Support Tablets that have yet to truly address my nagging symptoms. My dr said my thyroid was low but not low enough to need medicine, so I found this Thyroid vitamin, gave it a try , and very happy with it. Im not as tired as I was before trying this. Been on it a year now with no problems. My energy is back to normal. This arrives on schedule all the time. Another geat product. Love my Amazon!

I decided to try this product based on some self diagnosed hypothyroid symptoms. I wanted to go natural before medicated, in the case that I could help myself naturally first. I've been taking the suggested dose (2 capsules) daily for about a week. Things to note: I am only 34, but I have MVR; Mitral Valve Regurgitation and a heart murmur. It's hereditary in my case. These are underlying conditions that affect me personally, so I am sharing my view for the purpose of helping anyone else in my position! This will not be the case for everyone! What I have noticed is that my energy levels are definitely up. I usually drink a cup of half-calf coffee in the mornings. I can't do full calf anymore because of my MVR and the way it effects my heart rate. The energy level increase has made it possible for me to get some excellent workouts in that have not left me feeling half hearted in my attempts. BUT, because am so sensitive to heart stuff, and can generally feel when my heart is acting up, this product (at least at the full dose) is causing my heart rate to increase, leaving me with some mild palpations and breathlessness (caused from the irregular heart beat). This is why I am only giving it 4 stars. I recently also incorporated a pure form of sodium ascorbate into my diet within the last week as well, and was having a hard time distinguishing the cause of my heart palps. This past week, each time I would drink a little of my caffeine, my heart rate would act up, and that's not normal for me. So after researching one of the ingredients "Bio Perine," I decided that based on how bio Perine is used, (to increase metabolism) that this thyroid supplement is the cause of my heart palpitations. So instead of a full dose I am going to cut it in half and only take one capsule per day. And will see how that affects me. I like this product; I'm hoping it will help to clear up some of my adult acne (which I think it was beginning to), fatigue, body coldness, and foggy brain that I attribute to the underactive thyroid. If this product keeps giving me palps though, I'll have no choice but to discontinue. I'll keep you all updated! Update: It's only been two days of taking half dose and already, my palps have been better! Almost nothing.

After a life threatening illness last year I found myself in a long continuing recovery period. In this period no matter what I tried to get my body back... Failed. Then I found myself 50 lbs heavier and depressed. I had 5 surgeries in the face, neck and chest area and suffered severe nerve damage, that left me with paralyzed vocal chords. In an effort to help my weight I found this product (with the idea that my thyroid may also have damage and not operate correctly). So now it has been a month since I have been taking this product and I can confidently report that there is a definite change happening. I have shed about 3 lbs per week but moreover it seems like it is taking inches off my body, and with no stimulants I don't get the jitters and there is no crash with this supplement. So to this point I would highly recommend it to anyone but with the caveat that all situations are different and mine being extreme as it is may have results very different than yours.
