I have bought this several times on subscription and have also bought some for my friend as I found it so good (and she reports the same). I have always had trouble sleeping - with frequent waking and huge difficulty falling back asleep - sometimes only managing 3 to 4 hours sleep over a night. I now have a mug of hot sleeptime honey drink about 30 mins before going to bed. I find that I fall asleep easily but more important, although I still wake in the night, I now find it much easier to fall back to sleep and have consistently increased the amount of sleep I get over a night. I am of the opinion that this product absolutely works for me - and my friend says the same. I will say that it has a slightly weird smell but get past that, make a mugful and you will find that the taste is lovely.

Take at night with a herbal tea is my suggestion

I love this honey helps me relax and sleep only thing that has helped me but it’s a lot of money, I have one spoon instead of two so it lasts a little longer .

Genuinely helps?! I have always slept terribly, particularly struggle getting to sleep. I take one teaspoon of this before bed and it’s been working so well! Been using it for 2 months now. The taste is not great but not as bad as some of the herbal sleep tablets out there and if you take it as a spoonful you don’t really have to taste it!

Having read the reviews I was excited because I have massive sleep issues and have had for years so many reviews saying the were out for the count within an hour! I’m on my 2nd night of taking it and it took 2 teaspoons as instructed at 9:15pm and it’s now 00:51 and I’m still wide awake and feeling both stupid and frustrated! If there was a minus star I would’ve put that!!!!

I would recommend this product helps me sleep really well. Good value for money. I take it with warm milk taste is nice it is not too runny either.

Der Tee wirkt und Hilft.Allerdings nur bis zu 5 Std.

Sicherlich Geschmackssache, aber lecker isses nicht und für die Größe auch ziemlich teuer.
