These chairs are exactly what I've been looking for! I've been on the search for 4+ years for quality dining room chairs with a 70s/modern feel to them that do NOT break the bank. After searching Target, World Market, Ikea, Walmart, Pier 1 and many other places, I couldn't find chairs within a reasonable price point that had great reviews. Assembly was quick and easy and I was able to put together all four chairs in 20 minutes! Do not pay for assembly! The color is neutral enough to go with any decor changes I make in the future and the fabric is soft, yet seems durable. The chairs do have a wooden look to them, even though they aren't wood. Even my picky boyfriend, who made fun of me for liking these chairs initially, admitted he liked them and they were comfortable. I do somewhat worry they will scratch the floor since there's not felt bottoms, but I have not seen any scratches yet. If it becomes an issue, I can easily attach felt pads over the plastic pads already on the bottom of the legs.

I was so nervous buying these because they’re inexpensive and I was scared that they’d be cheaply made, but I LOVE them. They clean off super easily- I have toddlers, this is a necessity. They took 2 min each to put together and they’re super sturdy. I used my drill because I’m lazy, but it’s only 4 bolts per chair and an Allen wrench that they give you, so you need literally nothing to do this. They’re extremely comfortable and ergonomically designed so I love the way they feel on my back. They’re normal table height and just perfect. Love love love them. I got the grey and the colors are as shown on amazon. The legs look like wood but they feel like a metal with a wood-looking cover? Anyways, my dogs cant chew them so that was a happy surprise. The legs are a medium color wood, I’m not good at woods, maybe like a medium oak or cherry? Definitely brown, not reddish though Hope this helps!

I love these chairs! They are really comfortable and modern. Easy to assemble; my ten year old did it. I also spray painted the legs a nice dark metallic gun metal gray and they look awesome. Got the paint in Lowe’s Krylon fusion metallic dark metal. Hope they clean well and hold up. Highly recommend. I was skeptical due to the price and having purchased high end chairs before only to have them fall apart and throw them out a year later- I wasn’t feeling too confident, however these seem very sturdy.

I purchased the light gray chair with the wood-print metal legs. First of all, I wish this all-fabric chair came with black legs. The wood-print is not a good look IMO, but I got these knowing I would paint the legs black so no big deal. They look GREAT after I painted them. Assembly was a sinch, but one out of the 16 flat washers it came with was too small! I picked up the correct washer at a local hardware store, but the added inconvenience is why I'm taking a star off. Also worth noting that each chair came with its own separately-packaged hardware and allen wrench, which is a bit wasteful. I'm not wowed by the comfort. The back is incredibly straight so there's no relaxing in these chairs, but they strike me as really great for a quick meal at the kitchen table. If you're looking to linger over a comfortable multi-course meal, I'd consider looking elsewhere. Still getting my house set up, so I'll update if my impression changes after I do finally have a few meals with the chairs. Overall, the chairs look great (especially after painting the legs), they're relatively comfortable, and seem well-made.

If you're looking for good quality chairs for a good price buy these chairs! These chairs definitely exceeded my expectations. The chair is very comfortable and is made from a very soft velvet like material and the legs are metal with a wood finish paint. They feel great to sit in and look expensive. I live in Hawaii, and even though I have amazon prime, products take usually from a week to two weeks to reach here but not these chairs. I received them in just FOUR DAYS!! I am beyond impressed!! Fast shipping, easy installation, great quality, and great appeal for your buck what are you waiting for?! And I honestly found no flaws with these chairs as of yet.

These chairs are comfortable and durable. I ended up buying 2 sets of 4. The concern with other chairs in this price range is that they may appear cheep or be flimsy -- these are not like that. They are plain and minimalistic in a "mid-century modern" style, and will add that "Eames feel" to your space. My concern was with chairs' strength. The upper hell is molded polymer, covered in padded fabric (very comfortable). The first time I had guests over after I bought them, some guests remarked how comfortable the cairns are. I don't know how stain-resistant they will be, yet. The padding seems to be of reasonable quality and I don't expect it to wear out soon. The legs are a metal/welded structure, with a convincing "wood" finish. To me, this is important, as similarly priced "Eames" chairs seem to be flimsier. I expect these to be around for as long as I need them without fear of them deforming, or failing structurally.

***Updated: A few weeks ago I had people over and we used my new chairs. Everyone liked them but one person pointed out that one of the chairs was a bit lopsided on the chair back. (2nd chair from the left in the picture) Disappointed I wrote to the manufacturer and included some pictures. They got back to me promptly and said they would send me a new one. Well the package arrived today and they sent me a whole new set!!! A+++ for customer service! Saw these chairs and liked the look and price. They are super easy to assemble (who would pay ~$85 to have someone else put them together?!?). They are fairly basic and get the job done. I love the mid-century look and so far they have been very comfortable. Will they hold up after a long Thanksgiving dinner? I'll update after I find out.

I read the reviews of these chairs, and it paid off! My friends love them and can't believe I got on Amazon, not West Elm. The are the best mid-century affordable chairs. I liked they were easy to install with 4 screws and have metal legs combined for better sturdy base. Each sewing job is slightly different (picture attached), but the it was more comfortable than I thought they were going to be.

Ces chaises sont superbes !!!! Elles sont comme sur la photo et très confortables et très bon rapport qualité/prix pour l'ensemble des 4 chaises. Attention les pieds sont en métal imitation bois et non en bois, mais c'est très bien.

Excellent chairs. Fast delivery (2/3 days). I have three young children (9 months - 6 years) and spills and food are easily wiped from chairs. Also, chairs slide on floor with ease and with no noise. Very pleased with product so far. Thank you

Habe zu einem alten Holzesstisch 4 Stühle gesucht und bin auf diese gestoßen, da die Metallfüße dieselbe Farbe haben. Habe mich für den grauen Bezug entschieden. Die Stühle kamen zügig an, super platzsparend verpackt in einem Karton und waren schnell aufgebaut mit 4 Schrauben pro Stuhl. Das Design trifft genau meinen Geschmack und die angegebene Höhe der Sitzfläche war sehr hilfreich, da mein Tisch etwas niedrig ist an den Oberschenkeln. Der Stuhl schmiegt sich dem Rücken sehr gut an und man sitzt sehr bequem. Er wirkt sehr stabil und auch die braun lackierten Metallbeine machen echt was her! Es ist zwar nur ein Stoffimitat aber trotzdem fühlt er sich, sogar auf der Haut, angenehm und langlebig an. Für Käufer, die sich Designerstühle nicht leisten können oder wollen aber trotzdem Wert auf eine gute Optik legen, sind mit diesem Set sicherlich zufrieden. Vorsicht: Der Tisch ist nicht bei allen Auswahlmöglichkeiten dabei! (Was für meine Zwecke natürlich optimal war) Kaufempfehlung!

Wir haben uns 8 Stühle gekauft und müssen sagen dass diese für den Preis super sind. Der Aufbau mit 4 Schrauben ist sehr einfach. Sitzkomfort ist angenehm. Mal schauen wie lange der Schaumstoff unterm Sitzbezug halt bzw wann dieser Platt gedrückt ist ;-) Sogar unsere Freunde finden die Stühle sehr schön und stylisch.

The chairs were very easy to assemble. They are very comfortable. They look very stylish. Overall I am really happy with my purchase. Great value for a product that looks more expensive then they were. Delivery was fast and efficient too.
