Good flavor! Very similar to Liquid IV but with less fake sweetener flavor. I will always prefer real sugar over sugar substitutes. Helps me feel like I’m getting more daily minerals, even if I can’t see any significant difference day to day.

Good flavors. It’s sweet so I mix with 10oz or more of water. This is the first hydration packet I purchased as I have a hard time finding one without Stevia, which I am allergic to. I do find it very salty sort of like Gatorade, but I guess it’s expected with a hydration drink. Just wish it had a bit less sodium as I am on BP meds and watch my sodium intake. Overall flavor is good. I like it and would recommend.

Pretty salty, the juicy pack wasn’t very flavorful. In terms of electrolytes, I’ve liked pedialyte powder pretty good, and liquid IV is good for drinking more water because it doesn’t get too diluted. Drip drop is pretty much strictly for 8oz or less. Tried having two in a day yesterday and got a stomachache, so those with sensitive stomachs should try to sample this before committing

We have finally found hydration packets that taste good! No after taste, no strong overbearing taste or smell ... good flavors. Have been going through lots of these during a surgery and post ~ they were a huge help in the hydration challenge. These will now be kept in our house at all times. They were easy to put in our big water mug, get it all dissolved and ready to get energy back.
