Perfect for learning big feelings
We love using this to help learn feelings. It helps my kids put a name and description to their feelings and gives great advice on how to cope with each feeling. It opens up for family discussions as well. Visuals help my kids associate feelings with how they feel in their bodies too.

Its pretty good for little kids but it doesn't my 10 year old with ADHD and she has BIG feelings so good product but its better for little

I got this for my daughter as she has difficulty with emotions. I like how ot shows options of how to respond when angry, sad and many more. She keeps it in her backpack and takes it to school as a reminder if needed.
