Great quality bag worth the money
I teach kickboxing classes and do one on one and this bag is perfect filled up. It’s heavy enough. It goes too many levels. It’s very sturdy and I have no doubt it will last me a very long time.

Sehr gute Qualität, mit 100 kg Sand gefüllt sehr stabil. Meine Kinder (12, 15), die seit Jahren Fitness-Kickboxen betreiben, sind total zufrieden. Ich selbst boxe auch im Studio und kann dieses Produkt nur empfehlen.

It is for juniors.
This is a small punching or kicking bag. Suitable for juniors. The higher you raise the bag the more unstable it becomes due to the bag not complete sitting within the centre shaft.

Noise issues
The main issue I have with the punching bag is the sound it makes when it moves as you hit it and I live in a townhouse so its a big problem. I had to put sand in it to weigh it down, which took a very long time, and cover my garage floor with foam matts to minimize sound. Other than that, its a good bag.
