The quality and ease of using this product was surprising. I frequently scan newspaper articles, and they rarely fit on a flatbed scanner. Thus, I had to use Photoshop to stitch together 2-3 scans of the articles, which took considerable time. This scanner will handle A2 size paper, which is big enough to capture all major newspapers (e.g. Wall Street Journal), is easy and fast to use, and delivers crisp clear optics. It even has its own source of lighting. Excellent buy, and I rarely take the time time to rate products.

I'm very happy with the scanner for the price, but the software is a little difficult to use at times. Professional scanners are usually much more expensive, so this does the job without breaking the bank, but it does require a little more manual editing sometimes and it takes some getting used to. It's great for scanning flat images, but books can be a little challenging. I like that it takes high quality images and supports OCR. It has different settings for color, export file types, and works pretty well at eliminating the curve on scanned books.

Easy to use, picture is great, many options, Will give you a flat photo when image is across both pages, this scanner can also be used for on the go, so you know it is durable. Very happy with purchase.

I ordered VIISAN scsnnerfor multiple document processing. I had a difficult tine getting it to work, so contacted tech support. After taking me through all troubleshooting steps, it was determined the device had an issue. The support team arranged for replacement of device and the new device works without any issues. I'm still learning about device, but very happy with it. Thank you to support team. Very professional.

Most of these Book Scanners love to boast about how fast their scanner can scan a book, but it is not how fast the scanner can scan, it is the editing in the app that takes most of the time. Scanning a page per second means nothing if it takes 15 to 20 seconds to edit each page. Most images come out skewed and need to be edited in the app, which is time consuming when you have 200-400 page books to scan and convert to PDF format. It have taken me over 1 hour to scan and complete a 300 page book The app also constantly freeze and shut down when using curve editing instead of straight line editing, which takes more time. And when you go to export the scan into a book, some of the pages turn diagonally. Scan quality come out good once edited, occasionally an scan will be blurred. Overall I give it a 3 Stars. it gets the job done, but it is not great as others.

Sehr einfach und schnell kann man den Scanner zusammenfalten und in die Tasche packen. Knapp 2kg ist er zum Transport gut geeignet. Wir brauchen den Scanner sowohl im Büro als auch zu Haus. Von daher ist dieser für uns ganz optimal. Büchern zu scannen ist viel einfacher geworden. Mithilfe von der Flat Curve Technologie erkennt der Scanner jede einzelne Seite automatisch und speichert alle Seiten separat. Man spart dabei nur Zeit und Mühe. Die Kamera reagiert sogar sehr schnell, wenn man Seiten umblättert. Der Scanner funktioniert ganz genau wie wir erwartet haben. Wir sind absolut zufrieden.

Je l’ai acheté pour transférer mes livres à l’ordinateur. Il fonctionne mais on a besoin d’expérimenter pour achever un bon résultat. Initialement, j’ai utilisé mes doigts, comme recommandé, mais je trouvais que l’image n’a pas effacé les doigts complètement. Par conséquent, j’ai essayé trouver un autre moyen. J’ai acheté une grande plaque de “verre acrylique” pour placer au-dessus du livre. C’était un succès, mais un peu plus lent. Aussi, j’ai trouvé que les polices coulent en certaines circonstances. C’était aussi nécessaire d’expérimenter avec les lumières. Mais, après du temps, j’ai réussi. Ça dépend sur vos buts. Le scanner est particulièrement utile pour copier de petites choses: cartes de visite; photos. Et, aussi, des documents plats.
