ECCO Shoe Care, Transparent, 1 kit

使用方法の案内が無かったので、 付属の布の使い方がよくわからなかった。 クリーナーの効果的な使い方も知りたかった。

Great kit, has everything I needed to protect and clean my ecco golf shoes.

Purchased this shoe care kit to protect my Ecco dress shoes. Watched videos on YouTube on how to use the kit items and then went to work. Right off the bat the cleaning cloth shedded lint all over my shoes while using with the foam cleaner. Had to use another towel to get rid of the lint. Used the leather care cream next which left behind a white haze that has still not come off yet. Tried the repel spray next, but the nozzle released large droplets of repel liquid and my shoes were quickly drenched. The whole scenario was a nightmare in product usage. I rewatched the videos (made by ECCO) and sent an email to the company asking for a new repel spray and asking why material didn't work as advertised. Was told to ask Amazon since they were the sellers. I explained that I purchased the kit from the ECCO store on Amazon, but to no avail. The rep said that ECCO always states that you should check the nozzle of the spray before using. Nowhere is that stated...not on the website...not in any of the videos...not in the directions...nowhere. Customer service sucks! Rep then said the repel was water based and shouldn't cause staining...so I decided to try again in hopes of a better outcome. Same results were had...lint all over shoe, large droplets of repel all over shoe, white film on shoes (see photo) and water from a light drizzle wasn't repelled by the spray at all. The water didn't even bead up...just absorbed into the leather... Hope others have better luck with this produce. Oh...and you can't return it because the repel spray is ignitable. Brutal!

The cloth sheds like a nervous cat
