Great customer service
This product worked perfectly and did a good job with my acrylic nails. Unfortunately the handpiece drill randomly stopped working a few days ago. The seller was quick to contact me and try and help as much as she could. She offered me a full refund for the product as we couldn't manage to fix it. 5* customer service and would purchase from them again!

Amazing file, this is my first time using one and I decided to pay the extra instead of buying a cheap one and I am so glad I did. This efile is super cute, so small as you can see next to my hand and the hand peice is nice and slim. The bits that came with weren't ones I needed but I bought extra bits and the file is really nice. Would highly recommend for a beginner who is wanting to invest in their nails.

This is my second time purchasing a melodysusie e-file for doing nails, and I will never buy any other brand. It is simple to set up and change bits, it comes with an optional foot pedal for stopping and starting while you work, as well as a starter set of drill bits. Though I do recommend purchasing a proper set of melodysusie brand bits if you are anything more than a nail hobbyist. It’s relatively quiet even at the higher speeds, and cuts down on bulk, shapes and buffs with ease. There are two settings for if you’re right handed or left handed which is essential in my opinion. The last drill I had lasted me a full 4 years before needing replacement, and I only needed a replacement because I accidentally broke the hand piece by using it incorrectly. (Pushing down to try and drill something not nail related) Overall, this drill is well worth the cost for anyone needing an e-file, and the fact that it comes in such cute colours is a major bonus. :)
