Live Animal Trap Cage Cover, Cat Trap Cover for Stray Cats 32 Inch Folding Skunk Trap with Real Door for Raccoons, Opossums, Groundhogs, Skunks, Feral Cats, Squirrels (Only Cover)

I bought this trap to catch a mama cat and her 4 kittens. The kittens were young enough to be adopted but mama was too feral and so we TNR’d her. I now feed her on my back porch which is why I have also had to use the trap to rehome 3 opossums and 3 raccoons who kept eating her food and scaring her away. Trap was sturdy enough for cats and opossums. I had to fortify it though for raccoons who can do a real number on a trap. I had one get out the release door so I had to use pipe cleaners to fully tie that exit off. That did the trick. However raccoon hands can get through the trap sides to get at the food without going in the trap. I bought a trap cover which solves that issue but if the raccoon is in the trap longer than 30 minutes they can tear the covers to shreds while trying to claw their way out. Learning curve for sure but the mama cat is worth the hassle.

Worked perfectly so I could catch a feral cat and have it “fixed”. Easy to set up.

Trap works well. Could be more solid construction but gets a job done. Sensitivity for trapping cats is great. Could have improvements on ease if use, but overall after playing around and learning, trapping was easy. Nice add on is cover and gloves. Seems to be very safe.

This trap was TERRIBLE! It shouldn't be on market and far cry below the real HAVAHART cages. It arrives folded and it is flimsy when put together. The door lever arm is actually INSIDE the cage which is the worst design ever. I used it ONE night and caught a raccoon. That animal tore the black covering to pieces, took off the door lever arm and cut itself on all the parts that kept the cage together. It was a complete mess and i returned it immediately. Not good for the animals and should not be sold on Amazon.

It works very well with kittens.

One of my cats had escaped over the New Year.. It was rather cold, and she's quite skittish. I did go looking for her, but she avoided being seen for several days. I ordered the trap, baited it with food, and set it up. I managed to catch a freal cat wandering the neighborhood on the first night it was out. I let it go, and reset the trap. Two days later, she was in it! It was easy to set up, and breaks down pretty well for storage.

This was exactly what I needed for TNR , keeping the feral cats calm while waiting for the "fix".i will buy more soon.

Es excelente para la trampa común es importante para mi esta cubierta porque así los gatos ferales que se atrapan para esterilizar se calman al sentir todo el ambiente obscuro. nos ha funcionado muy bien. Excelente producto

Purchased this to catch a cat so we could get it to vets as he was injured. Caught a couple of squirrels cat disappeared. I’m sure it will come in useful in the future.
