Since I bought this item. I have caught multiple crabs, some small fish and accidentally caught a big brown rockfish. I used chicken as bait for those who asked. Though mine haven't break. It doesn't look sturdy, but what can you expect from a foldable object? But it's rather convenient as you can fold it to a quarter of its size.

Was okay but ended up not using it..I expected it to sturdier. May work on the sand but will probably tear on the rocks

If u will be using this to catch crabs I highly recommend u use something else. The net is very soft and cheaply made. The crabs put a hole in the pocket that the food goes into. It's so messed up it can't be fixed. This was just a waste of money. Very disappointed. I would really like my money back.

the larger hoop being the hoop connected to the lines on the outside is more logical than a smaller one connected on the inside because it doesn't allow creatures just sitting on the net to be flipped off and escape when lifted instead they are deposited into the net not the water!

Works perfectly. Great design!! Priced excellent in comparison to other nets.
