It functions, it's small and lightweight. It makes a reasonably loud buzzing sound. I think it will be plenty loud to warn me that I forgot to turn my headlights off. I may wrap it with something if it's too loud. I haven't used it yet, but if it fails sooner than it should in some way I'll update the review. I mainly left a review so I could post a video, and some photos with size reference. It's annoying to shop for noisemakers where you can't hear the sound they make. Seems like a glaring omission from the listing to not have a sound file to listen too?!

Like the description says, "Loud enough for the dogs to hear" (and I don't even have dogs). I bought these to make a headlight reminder because I'm tired of leaving my headlights on & draining the battery (old car). They're plenty loud enough to hear, and unpleasant enough sounding to train you to turn off the lights to avoid hearing them!

I needed an audible but not obnoxious sound to remind me that power was still on in a custom device. This filled the bill. It was a bit too loud at first but wrapping it in a few layers of cloth dialed it in.

These worked fine for the project box I was building. Since they are enclosed in the box they should be ok. These are not built well and I wouldn’t suggest using the in a unprotected space

When holding this Hahiyo buzzer in my hand, the sound is barely audible. When pressing the buzzer against the car's chassis, the sound can be a about as loud the loudest cell phone ringer but it all depends on the mounting surface. IOW, the buzzer is vibrating the mounting surface. The problem is that there are just two tiny holes on the sides for mounting and one would have to drill tiny holes into the car's chassis to screw the buzzer to the chassis. I don't know how to drill tiny (maybe about 1/16 inch holes) into steel. Maybe gluing the buzzer might work but then the glue might dampen the sound or the buzzer might fall off due to the buzzer's vibration. Disappointed with the performance of this buzzer. EDIT: Decided to change from 3 stars to 1 star to let folks know how this buzzer actually works. It won't work for me.

Not as loud as I would like with 12 VDC. Its for a washer and dryer cycle complete remote alarm I designed since the laundry is in the garage. Had to replace with a different product.

I bought this for a low air pressure warning in my Kenworth at first I was skeptical about how loud they were but after install I was amazed these brothers were perfectly with just the right sound level to not be annoying yet you can clearly hear, very easy to install, such a good price got two for the price so now I have one as a backup, a function perfectly would buy again
