Better than expected
Fast delivery and quality is better than expected. The latest firmware is applied without issue. All ports work as normal.

A used item was sent to me
I was sent a used item that was nicely packaged, but on closer inspection the charger had dings and the hub had a lot of scuffs. Probably a refurbished item from China, packed and sealed by their skilled factories. Would not recommend.

USB-C Cable Failed
Brought 3 for office use, one of the usb-c cables failed within a couple of months. It will only work with a genuine Lenovo USB-C cable which costs for £15. In general terms they are a reasonable dock and do the job of connecting external screens, ethernet, mouse/keyboard.

Not compatible with gaming laptops
Tried to use this with my ASUS ROG G14 4090 gaming laptop, but that seems to need the full 100W Power Delivery (PD) and the Lenovo dock doesn't do that without the optional 130W power supply. Bought the optional power supply but it still didn't work, Windows kept complaining it wasn't compatible. So I returned it and got the Targus DOCK182EUZ which works great, although the 4K display isn't passthrough, its DisplayLink so the display performance of the Targus isn't as good, but fine for on the go. The Targus is not really useful for home use/gaming though where you want the full graphics power. Port replication and build quality was good on the Lenovo dock, so overall 2 stars - fine if you have a regular laptop.

Works great both with my work Lenovo laptop and personal Samsung laptop. I am currently only using two monitors but it says it can do three.

Theses are the stock models my workplace purchases. So I was pleasantly surprised at its capabilities with other laptops. I bought one for my home office setup that it works with intel PCs as a Thunderbolt dock, with AMD PCs as a USB4 / USB 4 dock. And bonus it works with an Apple Silicon M1 Macbook Air. Theres a good selection of ports too. Along with a single HDMI 2.0 port and two DisplayPort 1.4 ports. Highly recommend for the quality of the product.
