Works Well Once You Figure Out Your System
I bought this while I waited 2.5 months for double hernia surgery. I wore them exactly as pictured . After a couple of days, I figured out how to "unhook" one strap so I could stand up while peeing. It was awkward at first but got used to it. Just don't wait until you absolutely have to go so you are not fumbling around with the straps, etc. I was able to work all day and walk the dog for almost an hour after getting home wearing this. Now I've had my surgery so I should have no further need but definitely recommend as velcro is still holding up. A reasonable temporary solution at a reasonable price to get you through.

Hernia Belt for Men
Only had this belt for a week and a half so I don't know how it will work in the long run. Seems to fit very well. I have a lumbar problems so it does hurt my back after I have had it on all day but then so does tight elastic in underwear. I am probably going to op for surgery. I have too many projects I need to complete and this hernia is in the way.
