Great Value
I'm an auto tech, and the switch to electric ratchets from air ratchets was much needed and long overdue. But when I saw other guys spending hundreds on theirs, that was a non-starter for me. But this was $76, way cheaper than other 1/4 in. electrics. Seems to be above average quality and sturdiness for it's intended purposes. Especially useful doing interior work. May not last forever, but I'm easy on tools, so I'll probably have this for years. A no-brainer purchase. EDIT: After 4+ years of almost daily use and abuse, I'm happy to report that this is still working perfectly. Liked it so much that I bought it's 3/8 and 3/8 long neck versions too, giving me 4 batteries for three tools. All 4 batteries still going strong! Definitely a great value. HIGHLY Recommended!!

Powerful for it's size.
I needed the most compact 1/4" ratchet I could find. I own mostly Milwaukee and Ryobi stuff, but neither offer a compact model that appeals to me. After multiple searches I kept coming across posts about this AC Delco ratchet. I didn't buy this to break free nuts and bolts, but rather to just run them in and out in right spaces. My first usage of it was to remove the camshaft caps on a Ford Triton engine. I didn't even have to use any effort, just hit the trigger and it broke all 20 bolts loose without breaking a sweat. Very impressed with the quality of this. It's built in Taiwan and not China. Fwiw, the Taiwanese tools always seem to be of greater quality than the Chinese stuff. Pros: Great quality and powerful. Cons: LED light is laughable, but so are most on battery powered tools regardless of price or brands. Wishes: Battery charge indicator would be great! I'm a heavy equipment tech so I'll be using this professionally.

I like the lower torq for smaller screws less chances of breaking/snapping them vs higher torq guns
I used this 1/4 to put a motor back together (engine install) this was good for putting all the grounds and brackets and plastic shrouds, covers ,hoses.etc easier and faster get some swivel impact sockets and make the job really easier .lol

My son absolutely loved it!
This was a gift for Christmas and he loves it. He wanted Milwaukee but I could not afford that, but this has all the same torque specs and everything as the more expensive. My son is a small engine mechanic, and this works out great for him.

Almost the perfect 1/4" electric ratchet
I like this electric ratchet for working on cars and other machinery around the home. The size is great for getting in tighter places. It's not as long as the other brands on the market for one, and the 12V Battery that is in the bottom doesn't stick out sideways like some others either. As to the Power, the 12V system works well , and I've never had to worry about running out of power on a job yet. Sure I could get another battery, but I don't really need one. The only downfall to this ratchet is , it is only On or Off. One Speed. Even though it has a Paddle Trigger, the paddle just pushes a Button under it, and it's on full blast. To make this the best ever, it should have a multi speed teasing trigger. Why? When you are tightening a Bolt or Nut in a confined space , and your hand is inside a tight space, when the Bolt or Nut goes tight, the torque will slamb your hand against whatever you are in between. Now that's not a problem if you can use an extension, but that's not always possiable. Otherwise this has worked well, has plenty of power and run time, and the battery charges up quickly. It's being a great help.

Quality
I’ve been using the ACDelco 1/4-inch ratchet in a professional shop setting for almost 3 years, and it’s quickly become one of my go-to tools for tight clearances and dashboard work. The build quality is impressive — solid metal construction with smooth gear action that doesn’t feel cheap like some off-brand ratchets. The ratcheting mechanism is tight with little to no back drag, which is great when working with low torque fasteners where feel is everything. The fine-tooth design gives me great control in tight spaces, and the head size is compact enough to get into areas larger ratchets struggle with. I use this mostly for interior panels, light engine bay work, and small fasteners where a 3/8 is overkill. The handle is comfortable even after extended use, and it pairs well with both sockets and adapters. Whether you’re a professional tech or a DIYer, this ratchet is well worth adding to your toolbox — especially if you’re already a fan of ACDelco quality. I’d definitely buy it again.

Time saver
Great tool just have to be careful because it has very good torque and you might snap off a bolt

Ratchet goes right
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Love the 1/4” drive cordless ratchet, have enough power to loosen small bolt and also tighten them down without breaking them. Love the idea it came with charging and battery. Very durable and love the price.
