Bought these for my 14 year old grandson. These do have an unusual "fragrance" but keeping it in the Fridge & taking "cold" definitely defuse the fragrance. His overall benefits using these methylated formularies is phenomenal. He's commenting about the difference he's feeling after 2 weeks on 'em more positive energy in the morning after about an hour taking these. And he's only taking 1 daily I'd been using the GNC Boys Milestones Teen Multivitamin for the last 3 years, and thought it was meeting the nutritional boost to his diet ... these again, are a great product better absorption the delay release coverage really makes a difference

Great combination of high-quality methylated vitamins with well-balanced dosages that are effective without being excessive. Clean formula, thoughtfully designed, and easy to take daily long term. Also offers excellent value for the price compared to many overpriced alternatives. I’m personally sensitive to methylated vitamins, so I take half a capsule/tablet in the morning and the other half at lunch, which works very well for me and keeps the energy smooth without overstimulation.
