A good item but lacking enclosed instructions
The media could not be loaded. You can see from the video how effective it is, it's easy to fit, once you've sorted out the instructions, I do feel that a written set enclosed with the item would be much better than having to rely on screen shots from amazon though.

No instructions to install
When it came I was pleased only to be very disappointed that there were no fitting instructions with it so no measurements to use or follow.Tried doing it myself by trying to use the very short video but a total waste of time, money and effort. I would not recommend this product unless you are really experienced in this type of thing.Very dissappointed.
