Pit Boss 3-Burner Ultimate Lift-Off Griddle – 10781

I don’t give out a lot of 5 stars! But this I have to!!! I bought this before Christmas and dam I am glad I did. Used my wife’s account, and I am doing the review! This Pit Boss is the best thing I ever cook on in a while. It is so easy to use I do not even have to put anything on it to cook with. I done pancakes, beacon, Italian sausage, eggs, Carnitas, quesadillas, Philly steak Sandwich's, smash burgers, French toast, and a whole lot more. Even the cheese comes off with ease! I do see where it does have a little blemish on the griddle. But so far that has not affected my cooking! After every cook, all I do is pretty much wipe it down with some water and a few paper towels. Then finish it with just paper towels to dry and wipe. This is an amazing griddle! I love it. I will be trying new things, I have a hell of an imagination! lol.

This griddle is awesome. Assembly was straight forward but it did take some time. The build quality is very heavy duty. Received it 3 days after ordering it. I would recommend this product.

I purchased this griddle only 3 months ago and the nonstick coating is already chipping up in the corners of the griddle top. I have only ever used plastic utensils on the grill top. I also cleaned the griddle top according to Pit Boss’s instructions and I’m still having this issue. On top of that, they do not make a rolled steel replacement top for this griddle so you’re stuck with the nonstick top. The nonstick top also does not perform as advertised. I experienced a lot of sticking and without the ability to use metal utensils, it made clean up a pain. If I was purchasing again I would pass on the gimmick of the nonstick and opt for a standard rolled steel.

This is a great grill, easy to clean, with great features. But, the "portability" of the lift-off feature is questionable. This thing is HEAVY. There's no way I'd attempt lifting it off or carrying it by myself, and it's heavy and awkward even for two grown men. Only on special occasions would I attempt to carry it with me. It's almost cumbersome enough for me to just get a second, smaller, more portable grill for such occasions. So, I wouldn't put a whole lot of stock in the 'lift-off' portability feature.

I wasn't sure what to expect, I had never cooked on a blackstone or similar griddle. I went out on a limb and decided to move in the griddle direction and don't at all regret it. I've cooked eggs, bacon (works awesome and fast), pancakes, vegetables, Fried rice, and have noticed how much better it is than cooking on my stove inside. Haven;t tried my onion volcano yet, but it'll happen... Its freakin huge and cooks everything evenly. The griddle seems extremely solid and the idea that its more maintenance "free" compared to the blackstone appealed to me. Only time will tell if how it holds up, but so far its been great. I was impressed with assembly. there were only two screw that I cursed getting installed, which is still about 90% better than other assemblies. took me about 2 hours I think to get it all together. Its solid, well designed, and cooks great. I'm not going back to a standard "grate" grill anytime soon. The only other item of note is that the griddle requires soft utensils (no metal). i've already destroyed one plastic scraper using it while the griddle was too hot... lesson learned. Highly recommend the switch from grate to griddle.

Not at all what I expected…. This griddle is beyond expectations. I think it was important that I read other reviews before purchasing. Important to know this is a non-stick ceramic surface so care is different than other griddles. That said, there was an issue with one of the lights not working, but considering it shipped half way across the country, I get it. The assembly was easy, instructions were very clear, and cooking on this beautiful griddle is easy and fun!!

Bonjour j ai reçue et monté ma plancha (bon a 2 c est mieux car la qualité pèse hihi une plaque en fonte émaillée renforcé ..... C est une vraie tuerie de la plancha toute option , je vous partage des photos avec mon 1 er essai (d'autre fiaient après) mais avec 9 kilos de cotes de bœuf, 1kilo de filet de boeuf.....et tout le reste... et en plus une bouteille cube butagaz ben on as l 'impression quelle ne se vide pas franchement impressionnant.JE RECOMMANDE MEME AVEC 6 ETOILES
