This bed frame was a great value for the price. It's well built and seems sturdy. Assembly instructions were a little short on detail, but the assembly is not difficult at all. I put it together myself in about 90 minutes, working at a very comfortable pace. I've only slept on it for two nights so far, but it has helped reduce my snoring considerably and I've slept soundly both nights. The FLEXPEDIC 12 Inch Hybrid King Size Mattress I purchased from Amazon about 18 months ago fit perfectly and works very well with this frame. I'll come back with additional comments if any problems arise, but so far, highly recommended!

I honestly thought that because I bought it on sale, it might be a defective version of the product or that the box or some part might be damaged, but the product arrived in excellent condition, working perfectly. It actually only takes 15 minutes to assemble. I recommend it.

So I’ve had this frame since August. We had a more expensive store bought frame before. This was easy to put together. ( it does come in 2 boxes. 2 different shipments) I did it by myself. However it only gets 4 stars because it is so loud when my husband moves around. Also I don’t know if it’s our mattress or the frame but I feel every single movement.

this bed frame is amazing. originally bought for after surgery recovery but loved it so much bought a second one for wife and replaced our king bed with the two twin XL's. was pretty easy to assemble. mechanisms and blue tooth controller work really well. its also a super good value, cant beat the price. family member has a similar adjustable but they paid thousands more.

My dad had the same bed since 1975. Me and my siblings wanted for years to do a bedroom makeover and he never agreed. So, once he said yes, we were thrilled. We decided to order the adjustable bed from Sunsgrove. Delivery: the delivery arrived when expected and there was no signs of damage to the outside packaging. Unpacking: FIRST, we noticed that the railings was extremely scratched, so we knew it was not a new product. We wasn't concerned because the mattress would conceal it. SECOND, we couldn't put the bed together because there was no manual and no remote. TOO MUCH OF NOTHING: I contacted Amazon and then the seller. They pdf me a manual and sent out a remote. When it arrived it didn’t work. It lite up, but the bed didn't work. I contacted Amazon and also explained my concern about the used bed. I then contacted the seller. Again, they sent another remote. I told the seller, it wasn't the remote it was the motor. They told me to try that first. Again, same result. This projected started mid April, and the second remote delivered May 10th. REFUND!!!! RIPOFF!! I contacted Amazon and they reached out to the seller for my refund. It's almost the last of May and I was granted a refund from the seller. I was told I had to return the product, which I was ok doing, but I had to pay for shipping. You sent me a damaged product, and I have to pay for it. It was almost $300 to ship this second hand non-working bed back!!! SunsGrove you all should be ashamed!!! Protection : ASURION PROTECTION PLAN I have Asurion Protection Plan with Amazon, which is $16.99 monthly. It is because of this plan I was able to be reimbursed and bought my dad a new bed. If you order from Amazon Please buy this Protection Plan. It saved us from paying $300 to ship back a non-working product just to receive a $447 refund. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! DON'T BUY!!!! GET ASURION PROTECTION PLAN!!!!!

This bed is perfect! Never had a issue with it Have had it for YEARS and it's still perfect

Kinda tedious to put together instructions not the greatest but it wasn't the hardest thing to put together it moves quite a bit and seems to work pretty good for me so far only issue I've had is when u program the remote to the memory settings it doesn't seem to stick but that's not the end of the world but other than that I like it
