True Lemon Crystalized Lemon Shaker, 2.12 oz

I discovered this stuff years ago and it is INCREDIBLE. Tastes just like real lemons (because it is) and it's s staple in my pantry. Great for recipes or, as my Swedish friends like it (and they beg me to bring it every time I visit) straight out of the shaker! You can make great lemonade with this too. So versatile and convenient. My only issue is that if you let it sit in your pantry too long it turns solid but I'm guessing that is because it's made with real lemons and the natural oil or moisture in it causes this. I've just broken it up and used it in recipes in a pinch but usually toss what's left once the urgency is over and buy more. Love their Real Lime too!

WE LOVE THESE!!! if you love citrus and haven't had these take my word- they are delicious and absolutely worth it! We love fresh citrus as snacks, in water, and to cook with and these not only make everything so convenient but they save us so much money as well!!! We keep lemon and lime shakers to add to our water at home but packets are great for on-the-go. They have absolutely increased the amount of water we drink and enjoy as well as no waste & no mess as with fresh produce- especially with cost of groceries anymore. I've tried lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, and the lime, cilantro, and garlic and love them all. I use in cooking and it's arguably more flavorful than fresh plus one less fruit/veg to buy, wash, cut, clean up after. Most recently I used in Greek salad dressing and baked fish and 100% delicious and you'd never know not fresh. I bought the lime, ginger, cilantro fir my mom, who makes tons of guacamole and she had no interest in using but I talked her into it and she loves it now too and will save a ton on fresh produce. I also get dry mouth from multiple meds I take and twice now was without water and terrible cotton mouth so sprinkled a little of a powder I had in my purse in desperation and it was delicious and did the trick until I could get a drink. I highly recommend and bonus- the packets fit perfectly in the mini 3 compartment storage containers (with lids) from Dollar Tree so for just $1.25 each you can have a convenient, quick set up/storage for your packets!

I've been drinking water with either freshly squeezed lemon or bottled lemon juice for the last several years to prevent kidney stones and to detox my body. Fresh lemon juice obviously beats out bottled juice (devoid of enzymes) in taste, and the live enzymes help liver functions tremendously. I've been hearing of True Lemon for a while but hesitated to purchase it because I wasn't sure of the manufacturing process and didn't bother to check it out until I decided my husband needs to drink lemon juice while on frequent travels this year. At the first taste, I was literally shocked. It tastes exactly like freshly squeezed lemon juice! Some fresh lemons I get are occasionally not so great, but a bit of this dried powder actually tastes as good as a good aromatic lemon. If someone blindfolded me, I literally wouldn't be able to tell. What a revelation! Is this going replace my daily freshly squeezed lemon? No, because it lacks live enzymes that really help stimulate your liver. Is this going to prevent kidney stones? According to the manufacturer's site, its claims it has natural citric acid that may prevent kidney stones, so if you consume high oxalate foods, such as beet, spinach, chard, etc., this may be beneficial. What about pesticides? The manufacturer's site states that their refining process eliminates any pesticide residue down to zero - I could only hope this is actually true. The dried powder is incredibly convenient. Other than the first glass of water in the morning with freshly squeezed lemon, I now drink water with True Lemon for the rest of the day and also use for cooking. I was able to find True Lemon at my local grocer for less than Amazon, so I purchased another shaker as well as travel packets. In fact, I will no longer be purchasing bottled lemon juice anymore, since True Lemon tastes so much superior. I am so glad that I decided to try the product.

Really enhanced my bakes

Great product, especially when you don’t have fresh lemons on hand. Only complaint is that the product ends up absorbing moisture despite the packet inside, and ends up being too hard to use. I end up throwing away the last 25-30 percent of each one I buy.

I have buy this all the time and have for many years ...LOVE that Amazon has it and the small box with single packets are great to throw in car or purse for when you go out some where MY friends and kids and grandkids love them also

Here is a product that has a special place in my heart (along with True Lime). I love this! I can lemonize anything now to my heart's content. No mess or fuss. True Lemon is all natural very little extra added ingredients, true to lemon taste, convenient, and pantry shelf/ cabinet friendly (gone are the days of having no lemons available when you need them). True Citrus has revolutionized citrus for me. Per the label: the essential oils and juices are cold pressed and crystallized. As much as I love them, I refuse to overpay for a lemon (read: my budget does not allow me to splurge on a few overpriced lemons). I also had the situation happen after buying a bag of lemons (or limes) and then discovering they are dried out, not juicy at all, or somehow going bad. It has happened to me and it was disappointing. With True Lemon I am guaranteed that I will have the juicy lemon flavor that I crave after a few shakes of the bottle. No fuss over bad dried out lemons. No overpaying for lemons. It is a plastic shaker bottle with a wedge shape flip top. I sometimes have to try to seal it twice because it's not centered. That is my only complaint and it's about closing the cap. LOL I highly recommend this.
