Works Great
I got this drain opener and it works really well. I had a slow drain that was driving me crazy and this cleared it up way faster than I expected. It’s easy to use and doesn’t require a lot of effort, which I appreciate. Everything has been draining smoothly since I used it, so I’m really happy with the results. Definitely something I’ll keep on hand for future use.

Best drain cleaner ever!! I keep one of these on hand. If you have a family that has a lot of hair, you need this!!

Worked Better When Used In Combination With Dual Action Gel
Had a very slow draining bath. I first used Draino Dual Action Foaming Gel, which didn't work well. Most of foaming was taking place in few inches closes to drain cap, not deep inside pipes. Then used Zeps 10 Minute Hair Declogger, which worked better than Draino Dual Action Foaming Gel. Then mixed both projects together in container, poured down drain, also added a cup of water to thin out mixture (saw in YouTube video this is helpful, so declogging chemicals pass the u-shaped bends in drain pipes). This solution worked the best. The Zep 10 Minute Hair Decloggers helps the Draino Dual Action Foaming Gel penetrate deeper into bath's drain pipes where the clog was mostly likely the worst.

Garbage. Lies.
GARBAGE. IT DOESN'T WORK! Smells like nasty bleach and does nothing. They won't allow the return to process either. Pack of lies all around.

Not for long hair or large families.
This product is not very effective on hair and soap buildup that has been in the drain a while. So if you're using this to break up a clog that happened suddenly, this is not for that. If you're using this to restore a slow drain that is slowly getting worse over time, this is not for that either. I imagine this is probably pretty good for using as a preventative. My household is just myself and I have long hair. This did absolutely nothing. Thankfully, I already bought a drain auger which is about the price of five or six of these useless bottles.

Good Product that works well
Following the directions, the drain opener works well on organic clogs. Usually one or two applications are all that is needed. The tub drain clogs with hair. This takes care of it in 15 minutes (one application). Sometimes two applications are needed.
