Product doesn’t work at all. If possible please return the product. I purchased it again from the market. Please refund my money. It is even not damaged condition is brand new. Float valve not functioning

Works fine for few months but the stops working..
It is a float switch for purifier and it works as per description for initial few months. After few months contacts accumulate carbon or rust on switch contacts. The switch has 2 terminals: Normally Open (NO) & Normally Closed (NC). But doesn't require two terminals and works even better if you remove one contact terminal (NC terminal which is always ON when Tank is full). Manufacturer should improve this aspect and if possible modify the switch.
