I ordered these prior to having a lumpectomy surgery and they came in VERY handy and were just perfect! The fabric covering is SO soft and felt great against sore skin. The size is great for tucking into a bra without too much bulk. The only small downside is that they lose their cold fairly quickly, but then you aren’t supposed to have cold packs on your skin for very long anyway so it’s not that big of a deal. Having several is a benefit so you always have one cold and at the ready. I’m so glad I ordered these ahead of time. I’m sure I’ll continue to get good use out of them for other things, like headaches and sore muscles etc.

These work so well. I bought these to use for when my little one gets his shots every 2 months. I keep 2 circles in a ziploc bag in the freezer and I keep the rest in the box to use for heating. I love that it comes with its own wrap ready to use. Very handy.

I recently had a lumpectomy. The ice pads are perfect to insert in sports bra or reg bra. You insert them in included pouch, which protects sensitive skin from cold. They stay cool for approx 15 mins, which is perfect timing. Very soothing. My surgery was not a major cut, so take this into consideration.

I bought a bunch of these as I knew I'd need to ice following lumpectomy surgery. The flannel side is soft enough not to rub against the incisions, and they're the perfect size to just slip into a bra. The only thing is that being so small, they of course don't stay cold as long as the large gel-packs, so you have to keep swapping them out, but provided you remember to put them back in the freezer each time, it works fine.

Great for my classroom. It’s amazing what an ice pack can cure. 😜

I purchased these before I had a mastectomy, thinking I may need these, and was I ever right! The muscles surrounding my breast and the area closest to the underarm are the sorest, these just slide right in your bra, white side against skin. I did not use the pink cover as it did not let enough of the coldness through. I only had surgery on one side, some women have both breast affected so I would suggest the company put (2) pink covers in the box. Freezes easily.

Purchased these to keep in my first aid kit for warm packs and some in the freezer. They work okay for an ice pack, doesn’t say cold long. But for a warm pack they explode in the microwave if your warm for longer then ten seconds.

Me van muy bien, son de un tamaño muy manejable y se calientan/enfrían muy rápido. Yo caliento cada bolsita en el microondas y con 20 segundos (en dos tandas de 10) es suficiente. Para dolores muy localizados (pecho por lactancia, rodilla, un punto concreto en la espalda, etc.) me ayudan más que las bolsas de lavanda o la manta eléctrica. Para zonas más amplias creo que es mejor seguir usando los otros artículos.

Only negative comment about this product that the white side of it might be easy to collect dirt as it is like fabric if it was a reflective surface easier to clean and manage.

Don’t stay cold for long but there amazing as there is five so you can swap them around easily the microfibre cover is so soft and I love the peach colour of it😍 haven’t used them warm so not sure what there like but perfect cold compress for bruising and swelling!

They are ok. They don't totally freeze, which makes them more maleable, but cold for less time. They can be used hot too, but you need to keep an eye on them!
