Relief from itching, scratching.
Great value, others sell similar for $300. Mix with carrier oil ( I used bio oil) healing of lesions within 48hrs. Apply sparingly. Wear old tees,etc due to staining. Let dry. Great relief from itching, scratching. No full strength needed.

Very strong!
If you have ever used coal tar, you know it smells like gasoline but its very effective. It’s so hard to find liquid coal tar anymore- and thats what I prefer for my scalp psoriasis. I put it in a little spray bottle with a touch of olive oil. Please never stop making this stuff!!!!

Great product -- helps so much
This product works great!!! It does have a strong smell of coal tar - which is fine since it works so great!!! It helps so much with the itch and healing of my Eczema. I hope it comes back in stock soon!

Don’t recommend for scalp psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis
I had high hopes with this solution since it’s the same ingredient in the neutrogena t gel shampoo extra strength that worked wonders on my scalp however, this product didn’t do anything. The smell is awful and I’d have managed if it only worked but it didn’t. I don’t recommend it.

Really Heals/Helps Greatly
I should have taken photos for 'before & after' as this product Does Wonders! I got it on Oct 1st and Already have seen Great Reduction and Healing, Improvement in the first week using itI did add virgin coconut oil/cold pressed/unrefined to stretch it out and it helps just as well, compared to what my latest Dermatologist had me take (in which I clearly stated has Failed before, one other med worked by a prior doc but my doctor in this state can't approve it-Illumia, some kind of injection for psoriasis). But a Thank you for having this product as I will be getting another refill soon (yah, it stinks but i'm not here to impress others, I got a skin condition to heal and if you can't stand it ....By*)

Takes care of scalp Psoriasis.
I mixed this with some Psorias shampoo. It stains the shower floor and smells like a petrol station, but it calms down the scalp Psoriasis. Please leave it in the hair for several minutes. It does not stain the scalp.
