Best for pretzels
I’ve used this almost exclusively for pretzel making and it has worked great. I even did a whole loaf of sourdough “pretzelized” and it was one of the best things I ever made.

Packed with care and very reliable
This is going to sound odd but I love this product not only for the great quality but for the packaging as well. I purchased a two pack and they were shrink wrapped together so there was no chance for any product to leak out. I use this in my cold process soap recipes and it is very reliable. It does dissolve fast which is convenient. Here are a few pictures of soaps I made using this Lye

Perfect for soap making
Very easy to use. This sodium hydroxide melts easily without any clumps and it is very effective in my handmade cold process soaps. With this product be sure to wear your safety gears (such as safety eye glasses, gloves, long sleeve shirt, and mask) when handling and/or using this product as it will irriate your skin upon direct contact.

Good Stuff!
It took a couple of tries because by sink was backed up. When the clog finally cleared it left a pleasant popping and sizzling sound, just the way I like it. One must be careful not to melt the PVC but it's so much more convenient than manually unclogging the pipe. I love it!

Great product would recommend
Works perfect every time for goat milk soap I love that you can buy it in bulk because I make a lot of soap never had any issues with it. I would just say don't store in the Attic or store it for a long period of time open because it did get a little moisture in the bottle and start turning liquidy but that was after like 6 months Definitely recommend!!!

Effective Product — Handle with Care
The Red Hot Devil Lye works exactly as expected for soap making and other uses, but safety is very important. It’s highly caustic, so gloves, goggles, and careful handling are a must. As long as you follow proper precautions, it’s safe to use and very effective.
