Have bought this on 16th October 2020 and I must confess that despite one little flaw like arm rest height(lower than usual it should have been bit higher). However, I'm more than content with this recliner and I guess you won't get anything like this in cheaper price than 12,600/- INR (with 10% discount on HDFC Credit Card which was1400 in great Indian Amazon sale).Couple of months back I had bought Solimo Musca recline wherein Arm Rest Height was good enough but button to pull the leg rest up was not working so had to return it twice as had bought twice and found same issue in both. But this one has been working so smooth, just pull the lever and see leg rest coming up right there which for me was Izzat Ka Sawal so have decided to have it for as long as it works fine. Fabric and cushioning is also good enough although interior ends of arm rests are not properly extended till the very end so it pinches you in your lower back if you say sideways. All in all what more can one expect in this price. Have been to mall and checked home centre recliner and they had 20k recliner which was almost like this at almost half the price. Thanks.

After my bank offer, got this recliner for less than Rs.10000/-. Product is very good, packing excellent and installation free and timely.

It was disgusting to see a dead rat in one of the sofas when we opened the box. We had to clean up the entire box with the rat litter all around and at the rear end there was tear in the fabric. Too disgusting to take a picture. We will have to get it cleaned professionally before we can use it The company should check it properly before dispatching it , customers should not be made to undergo the task of cleaning such things and get disappointed when they buy new things spending so much money.☹️

Worst Experience ever with Amazon.ISSUE NO.1 -DELIVERYThe delivery guy kept the Sofa on the main gate of the House and refused to deliver it on the First Floor (address on the bill) of my Flat. I had to hire labours on my own to get the Sofa delivered to my Flat. The delivery guy was very rude as well and NO ACTION TAKEN by AMAZON till date on my complaint against the delivery process. Seems like Amazon have enough business in the market than to bother about the problem of one INDIVIDUAL customer.ISSUE NO. 2- MANUFACTURING DEFECTSNevertheless, even the sofa have manufacturing defects and the fabric is torn from many places. NO ACTION BY AMAZON TILL DATE.CONCLUSION- THE LARGE APPLIANCES TEAM OF AMAZON IS INEXPERIENCED AND THERE IS ALWAYS SOME ISSUE WITH THEIR DELIVERY ALSO.I had spent hours and hours speaking to Amazon Customer care but my problem has not been solved by AMAZON. Once they deliver the product, they don't bother about the customer.

One of the most amazing things I have ever purchased installed my self it's super easy just need to plug the Bach rests like legos and I'm just speach less got it for 29k most amazing purchase of my life super happy about it one last thi to say it's huge I mean really huge as a 5:10 man weight 90kgs can sleep on it easy and still there is some room left for a kid to sit
