Replaced. Good perch
Update - Amazon replaced the item and I received the item with no parts missing. This is a good perch. It's important to watch to make sure your bird doesn't chew it as birds chew. It's natural for them. If the perch or anything they chew is worn too much, it should be replaced. Good product but missing an essential part. Likely feel off. I guess I'll be returning this. Maybe not the fault of the company but I received a defective product.
