Vertical Stand Holder Hold Dock Base for PlayStation PS3 Slim Console

5 stars, simple, functional stand for slim only PS3 it’s reliable cheap and surprisingly well made, the gloss is a nice touch personally

I dusted off my PS3 and wanted to have it stored vertically in the cabinet. The OEM stand has scalped prices now, but this brand's stand resembles the OEM stand perfectly. It fits the PS3 Slim perfectly, is of a high quality molding and prevents PS3 from tilting. I liked it so much that I ended up going with this brand's PS4 Pro Stand as well for my new-to-me PS4 Pro that I'm getting soon.

The stand looks great, but unfortunately the console doesn’t fully sit in it as intended. It leaves a little gap on the bottom, see pictures. I have tried everything to get the PS3 to sit in the properly but the stand is about 2mm too small. I can get it to sit in there for a second but the tension makes it pop back out. There is a foam strip that runs along the long side where it rests on the top of the PS3 that helps quiet any vibration noise, if that were removed it would probably fit perfectly. But it is possible to set the PS3 on the stand to where it is half holding it. It is still stable, level, and works fine like that. Still worth the money with that in mind.

It tooks a few moments to get it just right on the console, but once it's on there, it does what it's supposed to do. It holds up my console.
