I got this protector for my note10+. the protector is very sturdy; and very easy to install. (It is hard, unbendable). But no matter what I tried, I could not have the fingerprint reader to read my prints... I tried to "re-learn" the fingerprints, but it would not just pick up the fingerprints. Sending it back. Fingerprint reader compatibility was important to me... Addendum.. I tried the next day. I was able to register my fingers on the reader.. I'm not sure why it did not register the other day? Body water content ? Dry finger? I don't know.. but it worked.. Changing the ratings to 5 star

I didnt want a fingerprint hole and it wouldn't have bothered me if there wasnt some sort of defect in that exact hole. at first i thought i had done something wrong and seemed like a smudge. Then i noticed after 2nd attempt that it just wont settle down all the way around inside the hole so it ends up looking like a foggy smudge. will post a photo using my husbands phone in the morning. edit: so i bought this oct 28th 2021 and now aa of writing this may 29, 2022 Im updating my review as i change to a new glass. Other then the fingerprint fog this glass held up a pretty good while and took a beating as a mom of 3 toddlers. From 4 stars i am changing it to 5 because IT DOES ITS JOB and protected my phone. Here is a photo of the old case and trust me when i say there is no scratch on my phone. Can't really take a photo of the device im using for the photo lol Hope this review helps

First, the posted reviews on this product are very misleading. The product says that it's a Glass Screen Protector. However, the reviews include reviews for phone covers instead of just the screen protector. Also, when posting this review, there is a prompt for Fingerprint Reader, Easy to hold, and Durability. Now, my biggest issue with this screen protector is that it greatly reduces touch sensitivity, making it completelt unusable. I was pleasantly surprised that there were 2 protectors in the package. But after putting on the first one, it was difficult to touch select apps located to the top-right hand corner of the screen. Before I could change the protector for the second one, my phone fell on the bathroom floor and the screen protector fell clean off. So, i put on the next protector in the package but the lower-left hand corner's touch sensitivity is greatly reduced. For e.g., I keep having to press the q, w, a, s, z, 2, 3, comma, caps, space, and symbol keys really hard or twice. For reference, it took me 16 minutes to type this review. Again, unusable. Please save your money.

This is not easy to install but the rewards are worth it. first make sure you have a pin number on your phone and write it somewhere safe because your stored fingerprints are going away. To install, you have to align the edges precisely so that the thinner, adhesive covered circle aligns perfectly with the sensor. You cannot see the circle; you have to get the edges right! Then you have to press and press and take even more time to press more, then work in a circle from the innermost sensor area to the outermost and press more until the sensor area is uniformly the slightest bit lighter than the rest of the screen. Then you have to switch on touch sensitivity and re record fingerprints. The re-recording takes 4x as long as without a screen protector. It's worth it.
