Babish20-Piece Stainless Steel Flatware Set

We have been using this flatware for a couple months. If you host fancy dinner parties and hate polishing silverware, this set is probably not for you since it shows fingerprints easily. If you want a sleek looking set that holds up well in the dishwasher (and to small children), it’s been great. It was a cheaper and more stylish than the similar big box store set.

Nice and heavy, feels good in your hands. The knives are my favorite part. I love everything Babish has put out so far. I wish I could have snagged the walnut cutting board but the flatware is pretty amazing.

So far, very nice set. I hope it hold up, then I would buy a second set.The knives are sharp for steak. A+

This Babish 20-Piece Stainless Steel Flatware Set is attractive and sleek, while remaining solid and sturdy. Each piece of silverware is sharpened to it's finest with the knife being so sharp it can cut through a good steak. There are 2 forks, 2 spoons, and 1 knife for each place setting, like a standard set of silverware, for a total of 20 pieces. Only with this particular silverware one doesn't need an additional steak knife to finish a meal. All the pieces are safe, easy to hold, do not slip, are not awkward. One can eat with grace with this silverware as it keeps the food on the silverware until it makes it into your mouth. Eat with the fancy silverware....then toss it in the dishwasher because your fancy silverware is also your day to day silverware. I recommend this product.

This Babish 20-Piece Stainless Steel Flatware is an incredible set, so let me get my one quibble out of the way first: if you often eat while holding a plate or bowl in your lap, this set might not be right for you. The design of the handles makes them want to jump out of the dish the second you tilt it enough to give them opportunity. So long as you are eating on a proper surface, this flatware stays where it belongs.This is the third flatware set I've tested in the past two months to supplement our original set, and with it my search has ended. There is nothing about it that looks or feels cheap. No rough edges, no weirdness, just a great solid set. The design is elegant, yet understated. My family and I have been eating on them for nearly 2 weeks now, we have not been gentle with them in the least and I cannot find a single scratch on them.The knives come to a sharper point at the tip than other table knives I've seen. The large spoons are indeed large, someone mentioned they are too big, but while I initially thought so too I've since changed my mind. There has been multiple times I needed to scarf down food fast, and the larger spoons worked beautifully for that. I'm a pretty petite person and I typically pick the smaller set of utensils to eat with, but when I really need to shovel food in it did not feel too large to me at all.I even prefer this set over our original set I was trying to supplement. It's just a really nice shape and more polished look. Well done, 5 stars from me!
