How long do the batteries last?

Had mine 2.5 months and the batteries still going. However I have the svavo make and is a lot better dispenser. Works better.

I have just changed the batteries and I can see the motion sensor works but the pump isn't engaging to dispense the liquid it's just silent. ideas?

Presumably the polarity of the batteries are inserted correctly. It could be the internal tubes are blocked. If so, you may have to empty the soap liquid and fill with hot water to break down the dried soap. After, press the + button to check for flow. Otherwise contact “everlastingcomfort.net” for support.

What are the measurements of the dispenser?

Hi, the dispenser is approx 19cm high at its tallest which is front of the cap covering where you fill with liquid soap. 16cm front to back and 8cm at its widest. It’s not the easiest thing to measure so please understand as close as I can get. I will say though I’ve had it a few months and am very happy with it. Mess free, absolutely fantastic auto dispenser, easy to change batteries and refill, I will be getting at least one more for the kitchen!
