One of the best pimple patches out there would definitely recommend
I’ve been using the ZitSticka KILLA Extra Strength patches for a few weeks now and they’ve honestly made a real difference in how I manage breakouts. These patches are easy to apply and actually work. Right away I noticed how firm they feel. They stick really well and don’t slide around, even when I’ve slept or worn makeup over them. The medical grade adhesive stays put and I never worry about them peeling off during the day. When I get a spot that’s angry or painful, I put a patch on overnight and by morning it’s noticeably calmer and smaller. The extra strength formula seems to get right to the core of the blemish. I’ve had stubborn pimples shrink much faster than I expected and those painful red ones are way less inflamed. I like that they’re pretty discreet too. You can barely see them on the skin, which means I can wear them during the day without feeling self conscious. Overall these feel like a higher quality version of traditional pimple patches and they actually deliver results. They’re not cheap but for the relief and faster healing I’ve gotten, they’re worth it. I’d recommend them to anyone dealing with occasional breakouts or painful spots.

Pricey but worth it
Pricey but definitely help with blind spots

The best pimple patches.
Very good product, I wish it was more affordable! If you have a painful pimple, or if you want to get rid of your pimples as quickly as possible, this is the way to go, the inflammation will start to go away overnight.

It works! Good for cystic acne
This work very well. I get cystic acne occasionally and this stops it in its track - a godsend if you get those persistent lumps - just keep it on and replace it frequently. I once had a cyst that was so stubborn I had to have injections into it. This helps avoid them developing- would recommend

It doesn’t work patch
It made my acne bump grow bigger and inflamed quickly which led to a big acne marks. Reasons are clear it has tea tree oil and SA which can be very irritating. Not great at all.

Expensive but works
I’ve used the extra strength patches a few times and find they work best for deep painful pimples that have not reached the top of the surface yet. It takes a couple of days but seems to help hormonal acne. I recommend for deep pimples rather than whiteheads or bacterial acne. Only drawback is it’s super expensive for a few patches.

Not worth the money
Was very hopeful for these as they claim to be able to ‘kill’ an emerging zit.. unfortunately the claims are not true. I used 2 patches—the recommended amount for ‘harder to kill zits.’ 1 overnight, and 1 for 5ish hours while working from home. The new blind pimple that I could feel starting to form beneath my skin is still emerging. I’m going to try using a third patch (so basically 3/4 of the box) but I don’t have high hopes anymore. Might just be good for regular zits, not blind ones. Definitely better ones out there though for a fraction of the price if that’s the case.

The holy grail of pimple patches
As someone who has tried quite a few different brands of pimple patches (ZitSticka, Mighty Patch, COSRX, Daolyo, BIORICA, Avarelle, GRAMRIGHT, etc.), I can say with complete confidence that their body patches work the best. I'll rank all the brands I have tried from best to worst just in case anyone wants to try others. So far, I would rank them like so: #1: ZitSticka Goo Getter Hydrocolloid Patches for Body Zits (~$18 for 9 square patches) #1.2: ZitSticka Goo Getter Pimple Patches (~$16 for 36 patches) (UPDATE 1/2026): I believe they've changed the formula for their pimple patches. The last time I purchased them, the packaging was hot pink instead of the original white and pastel pink. I did NOT like the hot pink ones. Bummer. I recommend you purchase their BODY PATCHES. This brand also sells large, square patches for your body. Those still come in the original white and pastel pink packaging, and I actually think they work even better than the smaller round ones, so I just cut those into smaller squares and use them on my face. I've stopped using the ones in the hot pink packaging altogether. They contain Tea Tree Oil and Salicylic Acid like most other pimple patches, but they ALSO contain Vitamin C and Niacinamide, which are great for hyperpigmentation. (OLD REVIEW): These are by far the best, but unfortunately also the most expensive, so I would use them sparingly. And for the love of god, CUT THEM into smaller pieces. It'll save you a lot of money. Do not place an entire patch on a pimple unless that pimple is huge. You only really need to cover your pore, and pores are tiny. These are pretty thick as well, and the adhesive is quite strong, so they'll still stick no matter how small they are. Also, I'd only really use these on those angry, painful pimples you fear might leave a scar. These patches have prevented a lot of scars for me, so I wouldn't waste them on whiteheads or smaller pimples. UPDATE (1/2026): New #2: ROSELYNBOUTIQUE Pimple Patches Effective Blemish Control (~$13 for 300 patches) I was quite impressed by these, to be honest. I didn't expect them to work, but they actually hold their own in comparison to more expensive brands. They work a tiny bit slower (which I expected), but they've helped flatten quite a few of my pimples. I use ZitSticka for the really problematic pimples, and these for the pimples that aren't AS bad but still need to be drained. They're thin and discreet, but they do have a herbal-y scent, so just keep that in mind. Unfortunately, this brand's patches sometimes sell out, so make sure to have a backup brand. They contain Tea Tree Oil, Salicylic Acid, and Cica. Did I mention there's 300 of them though? UPDATE (1/2026): #3: Daolyo Pimple Patches (~$10 (~$7 on sale) for 300 patches) These are basically the same as the ROSELYNBOUTIQUE ones—just a tiny bit cheaper and a tiny bit worse. I prefer ROSELYNBOUTIQUE, but those are sometimes sold out, and these are oftentimes on sale, so I buy these just so I'll have a huge stash. These are also on the thinner side, so they're discreet, but they DO sometimes fall off in my sleep (especially the ones I put on my chin) and also have a faint herbal-y scent. They contain Tea Tree Oil, Salicylic Acid and Calendula Oil. #4: BIORICA (~$10 for 216 patches) UPDATE (1/2026): I tried these patches for a couple months, but they weren't really doing it for me, so I've since found some cheaper alternatives (see above). These are worth a try if you have sensitive skin, as they don't contain any Salicylic Acid or Calendula Oil. Unfortunately, IMO, they're not as effective as other brands. They loosen up and fall off once they absorb a lot of moisture (granted, I do cut them into smaller pieces, so that might be on me), and they turn into a sticky mess if I leave them on too long. Still, everyone's skin is different, so they're definitely worth a try. They come with a pimple popper tool, and their packaging is by far THE CUTEST, so I'll miss that the most. They also only contain Tea Tree Oil, as far as I could tell. #5: Avarelle (~$15 for 80 patches; ~$8 for 40 patches) These are probably the thinnest ones I've ever used. If you want a practically-invisible patch, you should try these. The adhesive is pretty average, so they're not the best but they're also not the worst. They come in a variety of sizes, and some of them are HUGE, so if you cut them into smaller pieces, you'll get a ton more uses out of them. They're not worth the $15 IMO though, so I've now found some cheaper alternatives. They contain Tea Tree Oil, Calendula Oil and Cica. #6: Mighty Patch (~$13 for 36 patches) These work very well and have a decent hold, but they're also kind of expensive for the amount of patches that they give you, so for just a few more dollars, I'd rather buy the ZitSticka ones since they work A LOT better for me, and for a better price, I'd rather get the ROSELYNBOUTIQUE/Daolyo ones, since they come with 300 instead of 36. Case in point, I don't really use these anymore, but they're a good option. Also, the only ingredient I could find was Hydrocolloid. #7: GRAMRIGHT (I don't even remember) #8: COSRX (~$14 for 96 patches) COSRX patches used to work really well, and the brand itself is great, but I'm putting them dead last because the last batch I purchased left awful, red burn-like marks. I don't know if they've since fixed their formula, but it took me a very long time to heal my literal WOUNDS, so I would never use these again. That's it for that! Additionally, I want to mention that the white stuff you see on the patches is not necessarily "gunk" from your pimple. It's really just the hydrocolloid reacting to moisture and forming a gel-like substance. Hydrocolloid patches are meant to absorb liquid—*any* liquid. That's why they're used for blisters as well. This means you can literally put them under running water and they will all turn white. It doesn't necessarily mean that the water has "gunk." Still, they work well, but I think it's just a common misconception for people to think of the white stuff as pus lol it's not. I hope this has been helpful :)

Disappointing - Didn't really do much
I bought these hoping they would solve my problems of deep, under the surface pimples, reduce their size and stop the pain, but I found they didn't really do much. After having them on over night, they were still painful, slightly less inflamed but still as stubborn as ever. Nothing changed in my skin after using them for a few weeks which was quite disappointing. Felt as though I was paying for the packaging rather than the product tbh. There are many other better and more affordable options that I find to be more effective.
