These fit true to size. Very soft, pockets in a great location. I will be buying more of these. Only thing I would love different would be the waistline a little higher. They slip a little low in the back when bending so need to have a longer shirt to cover.

This style runs large. But great quality overall
These are really nice scrub pants. Great feel to them, nice weight and quality. But they run big. I bought a large tall, the tall was perfect. But I could have easily bought a medium and had a perfect fit. I'm 5'9" and 173 pounds, and wear a 30 in my jeans to give an idea of my size. I have other large Barco Greys Anatomy bottoms that fit perfect in a large, i guess it's just this style. But the brand itself, you cant go wrong with. They last for years.

My favorite scrub pants!
These are my absolute favorite scrub pants been buying them for 8 years, the fit is great, material is soft, and they hold up extremely well wear wise.

Doesn't last
These are comfy but do not last. Ive been through at least 5 pairs of these pants over the years. I don't know what it is but they only last about 3 months/15 washes until it pills so bad and forms holes in the thighs. It starts after the first wear and continues to thin until it just disintegrates. Ive tried sizing up to where they're baggy and falling off but the same thing happens over and over. It has nothing to do with it being tight-its just the material. I want to love these but they just fall apart and I have to keep throwing them away. Its just not made for girls with thighs.
