It really does stretch out the back and gives relief from compressed disks. Alas, so did the rack in medieval times. So if you use this for more than 5 minutes, you'll really understand the torture and discomfort those poor people endured! All joking aside, for 3-5 minutes a day, your back will thankyou!

Works great for decompressing the lower back, just takes a bit to find a comfortable position and height. I hung it from a doorway pull-up bar. Don’t go too long at one time. 3 minutes was more than enough for me.

海外からの配送で時間がかかり、お値段もかなりしましたが、購入して良かったです。 高体重の者でもしっかりと支えてくれ、ストレッチができます。 満足です

This does work to decompress the spine, but it's very uncomfortable on the shoulders, armpits and arms. It's hard to do more than a few minutes as the upper body needs to tense up to hold you in the sling.

Well, "Butter my ears and call me FATSO"! This item is extremely hard to critique because people are so different, you really do not know if this particular produce it the correct one for you. Of course everyone's lower back pain is a pain in the -you know what- to deal with, so finding something that works for you is almost an impossibility. Don't believe anything you hear and only half of what you read. I have always abused my back through hard work and at 70, it is "time to pay the fiddler" as they say in the mountains at the end of the barn dance. I thought this one was the ONLY one that even had a slim chance of doing anything positive for me as I gleaned through the array of nonsensical potential back saving "miracles" we all are looking for. At 290 lbs, I just wanted a few minutes a day of "Non compression" on my lower back at the end of my 20 min stationary bike ride and my 30 minutes on the weightlifting machine. At $100+, yes, this was a bigger gamble than I would have liked to have made, knowing the stockpile of junk I already had accumulated over the years of "promised pain-re leaving miracles", but this unit was ultra heavy duty and it looked like it had enough padding to make it workable. Anything regarding this type of treatment is going to be somewhat painful but I gave it a try anyway. I didn't want to hang it from a doorway like one picture showed, so I picked up a different set of shorter connection bands at Home Depot and hooked it to the rack at the top of my weightlifting machine where the pull-down handlebar thing is supposed to rest when not in use. I adjusted it so when I put both arms and part of my chest through it, and S-L-O-W-L-Y let my lower body weight stretch the lower back, there was still several inches of room between by butt and the seat on the weight machine. The weight bench seat was a safety net and It worked for me but like most of the reports say, you can only hang there for a few minutes at a time, as it stretches and tries to realign wayward, leaning, knotted and gnarled vertebra, disks and tissues. It takes a little getting used to, but I am seeing some positive results that I have NEVER seen before. It is certainly not instant, and it certainly is not even pleasant, but it seems to be an improvement, and at this point in life, improvements are a good thing........ "And that's all I have to say about that....Jenny..." P.S. I removed one star because I thought it was over priced, but if it works, if it really works, then it's UNDER priced compared to just one trip to Physical Therapy or the Orthopedic surgeon.
