The best for steaming Maryland blue crabs. Great quality and nice and spicy!

Makes Steamed Crabs Amazing
We buy live Blue Crabs and steam them ourselves. When steaming dozens of crabs, his requires a tremendous amount of seasoning and J.O. is the real deal. We don't steam crabs without J.O. and this size is ideal. Our pantry always has this on the self, because you never know when the crabbers bring in #1 heavy crabs.

Great for Steaming Maryland Crabs
This is good stuff for steaming crabs. It's got just a little hint of a kick. Same thing most of the crab houses in Maryland use for steaming crabs in the pot. You will want the finer stuff (J.O. #1) for sprinkling on other seafoods. The JO#2 has big pieces of salt.

Perfect steamed crabs!!
I'm from Maryland and live in SWFL now where the blue crabs are delicious, but not cooked like they are in Maryland. We've rectified that situation with the J.O seasoning and steam our own and they come out PERFECT every time!!

The real thing
Living on the Chesapeake Bay we are catching a lot of blue crab from our pier during the season. This is the seasoning for steamed crabs bar none.
