No installation service or customer service for a very complicated gadget
Very complicated to install. COMPANY does not give any assistance for installation. They simply send video and expect you to do everything. One part of the gadget is defective and does not work due to which we cannot use the remote control. There’s no way we can talk to anyone in the company. Total waste of my money. This one part is defective due to which the entire lock cannot be used.

Works well without any hassle
Installation is an easy task. The Navkar Systems support team helps in the installation over video call. The connection diagram is also provided by the support team. Remote has got an unnecessary additional button though. Range is good and the lock is sturdy. Could be installed on wooden door as I did.
