It helps solidify that he has a huge and unbreakable bond with Sakura. I love that this book reveals Sasuke's fears and his feelings about his wife and daughter. And seeing how he's willing to endanger himself for Naruto shows just how close they are and how far Sasuke has come from his villain days. There's a really bittersweet moment where Sasuke thinks about his travels and says that it makes him sad to be away all the time. I think this is a wonderful and lovely add-on, again its different from the anime and manga version. Like Meno is a T-Rex in the novel but is depicted as a velociraptor in the other two versions. And I love the books version of the ring Sasuke made, were its not perfect: a little crooked, dull, but the gem is pretty. It just feels more touching. Romantic. I loved this so much! ❤️ Review: Fantastic addition to Naruto canon - The novel is fantastic in fleshing out the relationship between Sasuke and Sakura. You really get to see how much they’ve grown since their genin and Shippuden days. The novel has dynamic action sequences, interesting twists, and a good mix of serious and lighthearted moments. Would definitely recommend for any Naruto fan!

Fantastic addition to Naruto canon
The novel is fantastic in fleshing out the relationship between Sasuke and Sakura. You really get to see how much they’ve grown since their genin and Shippuden days. THE MOMENT WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR
It's finally here!!! I read this in 2 days, it was so good!! I'm so happy that the english translation is finally out. We finally get to see some romantic scenes between sasuke and sakura. And we get to see sakura absolutely crush it alongside sasuke! This novel is a must for naruto fans and even more for sasusaku shippers. There is currently a manga adaptation of the novel as well, but so far only a few chapters are out. It's a good idea to take a look at it if you have trouble visualizing characters. There's also a good possibility that this will be adapted into an anime! Naruto mangas are always adapted.

I have waited 20+ years to read an official story with both Sakura and Sasuke written well. Thank you, Jun Esako! The trilogy was so engaging and the Team 7 members all really shined!
