I bought these bottles for the homemade vanilla extract I make. They are strong, dark, and perfect for my needs. Extracts need to be in a cool dark place and the amber hue helps to preserve the extract even if I place them inside a dark pantry. The caps are not flat on the inside but have an insert the is cone-shaped pointing down into the bottle opening when screwed on. I feel like they help to displace air which is a plus in maintaining freshness while the extracts are "curing". I shake the extracts once a week and use them at least 6 months later when the vanilla beans have had a chance to flavor the liquor. I'll definitely purchase these bottles again.

My bottles were individually wrapped with a thin foam. Great packaging. Bottles were in a box, then was in another box. Not one bottle was broke. I like them very much. Going to put my homemade vanilla in them for Christmas gifts.

These bottles are perfect for when you wanna put something in them that won. It requires a dark bottle easy to use. Thickness is great storage capacity awesome

I'm using these for Vanilla Extract I have made to give as gifts. Nice dark amber glass bottles. Definitely will buy more. They come individually wrapped in foam for protection and Amazon boxed the package so essentially they were double boxed.

I like these bottles and the price wasn't out of reason. The only problem was the packing. They were all bubble wrapped but just stuck down in the box with nothing soft in the bottom, just a sheet of wrap on the top. Also no tape to secure the wrap that was on the bottles. Took me half an hour to clean glass flakes off each of the good bottles and the loose glass from all over the wrap and box. Just one bottle shattered so I'm not after a refund or replacement, just letting shipping know to be more vigilant.

I love my bottles, I use them to mix fragrance oils for perfume. They do not leak and are great imo.

Due to the way the company shipped.. Each 8oz was individually wrapped secured in the case. No bottle was broken!! The price is high but it is what it is. I will order again when I need to. Using the amber Boston rounds for my tinctures!
